00:00Hello, in this video we will learn how to restructure data in excel.

00:06For example, if you have a data in one column, the text and the numbers.

00:13So how you can restructure it, very simple.

00:17Press ctrl shift and down arrow key and select the data.

00:23And then press ctrl G.

00:27Go to special, click constants and uncheck all button and only click the text button.

00:41Click ok and then ctrl C and then ctrl V and go to the cells again and press ctrl shift

00:56and down arrow key and select the data.

01:00Ctrl G and go to the special and then constants, uncheck all boxes, only numbers are selected.

01:13Click ok, ctrl C and here ctrl V.

01:19So in that way you can see that the text and the values are the separated and in this way
