00:00So over here, you can see that I have these particular contents right here in cell. And
00:12these are just there inside of cell and does not actually look like a table data. So I can
00:18actually go around over here and add in borders. And it does look like a table, but it does not
00:24fully behave like a table yet. So if you want to go ahead and insert our table for these selected
00:29data, you can simply go ahead and select it like this first. And then what you can do is you can
00:35go around over here onto insert. And once you do that, you can see that table is an option. Simply
00:40go ahead and click and then it confirms you the table range right here, the data range for the
00:47table data, as you can see right here. So you can go ahead and press OK. And now it behaves like a
00:52table and it's formatted as a table as well. So if I were to go around over here, I have deselected
00:58out the data. But if I were to select out any of the table formats right here, you can see that
01:04it actually goes ahead and applies that particular table format. You can enable and disable the header
01:10row right here. You can also add in a total row. As you can see right here, you can add in banded
01:15rows, first column right here, you can go ahead and then highlight it out and even highlight out the
01:21last column and the band out the columns as well. And you can see that you can enable and disable
01:27the filter button as well for the table. So you can also remove out duplicates, convert reins, and
01:33you can see that you can add pivot tables and so forth. So you've got all of these options right here.
01:38And you can even go ahead and then resize out the table as you want right here and add in a table name.
01:45Let's say for example, I'm going to go around and name this as sample data right here, just like this.
01:50The table has been renamed. Whenever you rename out the table, make sure that there's no space. Otherwise,
02:00it won't accept it. So this is what you have right here for the table. And you can also go around over
02:05here. And with the filters, you can also go around over here and select out certain filters that you want,
02:11press OK, and that will be filtered out just like that. So if I were to go around over here onto the salary as well,
02:17you can see that you can select a particular salary range, and that is how you can simply go ahead
02:22and filter out the table as necessary. So that is how you can go ahead and create and use out tables
02:29inside of Excel. So if you found this video useful, be sure to hit the like button.
