03:13Bank Chauvin ذلك حماية جزءاً كانت لحظاتنا ولكن ما يقامل أحده.
03:17وعظاتنا هو أن يقوم بحظة ما نحاوله.
03:20But I mean, look, Trump's Department of Justice is going to trial and someone being found not guilty.
03:25Luckily, under my law firm, the last five presidents, Department of Justice has gone to trial
03:32and they've been found not guilty by lawyers in my office.
03:35So that's not so unique.
03:36But I will say there have been some arguments by the Trump administration in the Supreme Court of the United States
03:43and in other courts of appeals that have strained credulity.
03:47Is that the right word?
03:48Yes, it is.
03:49But the flip side of the coin is that often is what makes new law.
03:53I mean, that's often what makes people think and make new law.
03:56It can also be just, yeah, it's just nobody believes this.
04:00Because also, again, when you're talking about things, not just legal theories, but like actual events that have occurred
04:06and actual evidence, there was a case of an incident in which, you know, I don't want to say Border Patrol,
04:16but immigration officials arrested a woman who they drove into.
04:21and everybody watched the incident and said, you drove into her and then they dragged her out of the car and arrested her and then dropped the charges later.
04:31These are the things that are happening.
04:32And part of this challenge is there are people who feel empowered and emboldened to just make bald-faced lies.
04:40And then there's people like this young man who was the security guard at a farm where there were undocumented workers on the farm.
04:49and he's like, here's my passport. Let me just get it for you.
04:52I'm a U.S. citizen.
04:53And they didn't care. Just dragged him out, brought him, put him into custody.
04:57He was detained for two or three days.
04:58So those of us who have to now prove that we are legitimately U.S. citizens
05:03don't feel that confidence that the American justice system is going to be treating all of us equally.
05:09So on a lighter note, the sandwich guy, I was going to say, we're going to talk about the sandwich guy because he is free.
05:16This was the testimony from the Border Patrol agent.
05:19You could smell the onions and mustard, he recalled.
05:23He said the sandwich exploded on him.
05:26He could feel it through his ballistic vest and to which a jury said, not guilty.
05:31I mean, they tried to charge this guy with a felony.
05:35They raided his home, essentially, in this sort of like major operation, only to charge him with throwing a sandwich.
05:43We're in a twilight zone.
05:44This is the same world that we live in where we don't have enough money.
05:47I want to go back to what we've already talked about, to feed the 42 million Americans,
05:50but we have enough money to bring somebody to court over a sandwich.
05:52Like, this sounds insane to me that this is even a conversation.
05:55You look on social media, you see it.
05:57Every five seconds, you see someone doing something illegal under the name or under a guise of authority,
06:02and they feel as if they're empowered to do so.
06:05It's been going on for a long time.
06:06It's been going on for a long time.
06:07I agree with you.
06:08When I was in the DA's, I was going to dismiss cases, which cops did the wrong thing.
06:11Arthur, no one's disagreeing.
06:13I am saying, look, I come from the world of sports.
06:15No one's ever filed, ever.
06:16Like, every guy's like, I didn't do it.
06:18That was him.
06:18I didn't do it.
06:19You do it.
06:20But, like, I understand.
06:21But the world that we live in today, I'm watching in real time,
06:24and people are out here doing whatever they want to, taking law into their own hands,
06:27because if they feel as if they can, it starts from the top.
06:31They feel as if they can.
06:31I've asked this a number of times, but I will continue to ask it,
06:34because I think every time these videos come out, and it's every single day,
06:38and also, you know, the DHS spokesperson keeps making false statements
06:42in trying to diminish the effect of these videos,
06:46how much longer will they be able to keep this up?
06:49Because there is going to be backlash.
06:50There already is some backlash to some of this.
06:52Yeah, first of all, with the sandwich incident, I think, you know,
06:57it's a crime for two reasons.
06:58First of all, you shouldn't really be thrown at a cop.
07:00But secondly, I'd like to beat one.
07:01Come on, T.W.
07:02But secondly, here's the thing.
07:04You know what I said?
07:04It was thrown at point-blank range.
07:07The danger sandwich.
07:09Danger.
07:10Look, you never should be screwing around with a law enforcement officer,
07:13but I understand the tensions of the issue.
07:15Whatever.
07:16The point I'm trying to make is, with any great sort of change
07:20or some big effort being undertaken, there comes a great deal of responsibility.
07:24And so I support the men and women of ICE,
07:27but they have to hold the mantle of responsibility
07:29and hold themselves to a higher level.
07:31Because at some point, like you said, there will be negative backlash.
07:35There already is.
07:36It's also a PR campaign to keep your deportations popular.
07:40When I was on the show after Trump got elected,
07:43we saw polling in favor of mass deportation.
07:47Now that number has flipped.
07:48Why?
07:49Because of the way things have been carried out.
07:51So I think there needs to be changes to the process
07:54to ensure that we're doing the right thing by the American people,
07:57we're carrying out the will, and we're following the law.
07:58With power comes a lot of responsibility.
08:00I think you're totally right about that.
08:01And I don't know.
08:02I feel like this administration is just sort of flouting that
