00:00The President, we had a great time at the big soccer
00:04match today at the Meadowlands.
00:05It was phenomenal.
00:07It was a little bit of an upset, I guess they would
00:11say, but it was a great, great match.
00:13Very well played.
00:14Tremendous crowd.
00:16And that's sort of a pre-World Cup.
00:18We have World Cup coming.
00:19We have Olympics coming.
00:21And we have 250 years coming.
00:24That's going to be a big one.
00:25Maybe the biggest one of all.
00:27So that was great.
00:28We had some tremendous financial numbers released
00:33on Friday, as you probably heard, that our country made
00:37$25 billion last month.
00:39Twenty-five billion.
00:41It hasn't done that in a long time.
00:43And a lot of that's done because of good management at
00:47number one, and maybe even more importantly, the
00:50tariffs that are pouring in.
00:51We have tariffs pouring in at levels that we have never
00:54seen before, and they've only just started.
00:57That's really a small portion.
00:59That's mostly from cars and aluminum and steel.
01:03A little bit of lumber.
01:05But they'll really start in about another week.
01:10And then, in about a month, they'll come in at levels
01:12that are extremely strong.
01:15And our country is making a lot of money.
01:18A lot of money.
01:20We're dealing with other countries and certain
01:22countries that would rather have a deal than a
01:26regular tavern.
01:27We're willing, if they're willing to open up.
01:30These are countries that have been shut to us, but
01:33we've been open to them.
01:34In other words, they wouldn't let us do business there, but
01:37they would do business in our country.
01:38Not a fair deal.
01:40So, the European Union is talking to us.
01:42They want to open up their country.
01:45I would say Japan, to a much lesser extent, in terms
01:48of opening up their country.
01:50Japan, as you know, and we're very close to Japan, but
01:54they sell us millions and millions of cars a year.
01:57We sell them no cars because they won't accept our cars.
02:01And they won't accept much of our agriculture, either.
02:04So, but they're all changing their ways very, very rapidly.
02:09South Korea wants to make a deal other than tariffs.
02:12Right now, as you know, they're paying a substantial
02:15tariff, but they want to make a difference.
02:17So, some of these deals, maybe I'll change them and
02:19maybe I won't.
02:21But our country is making a lot of money.
02:25A lot of money for the first time in a long time, in
02:28decades.
02:29And that's the way it should be.
02:30We have a country that's, and I said it the other
02:33day to you people.
02:35We have a country that was dead.
02:37It was dead.
02:38It was a goner one year ago.
02:41And now we have the hottest country in the world.
02:43Okay, questions?
02:44The Press, you've already taken off about $40 billion
02:50that would go to illegal benefits.
02:52What does that mean to the bottom line that we're
02:54taking away a lot of the fraud and abuse due to illegal?
02:56The President Biden's getting rid of a lot of
02:58waste, fraud, and abuse.
03:00One of the reasons I think that you'll see the
03:03numbers start to be very good for the country.
03:05But I think more than anything else, we have
03:08tariffs coming in, in the will-be hundreds of
03:12billions of dollars.
03:13The Press, what's going on in Gaza, Mr. President?
03:16The President Biden's getting rid of Gaza, we are
03:17talking, and hopefully we're going to get that
03:19straightened out over the next week.
03:21Let's see what happens.
03:22The Press, what's going on in Gaza?
03:23You know, so you know he doesn't have a lot of
03:25drugs on the 속ways.
03:28You know that Gavin Newsom is fighting to keep men in
03:29women's sports and fighting with Bon
03:39McMahon.
03:40As a father, as a husband, does he hate women?
03:44understands it.
03:45Very few.
03:46I say it's a 3 percent issue.
03:47You know, they say it's 80-20.
03:50It's not 80-20.
03:50I think it's 97-3.
03:52The Press Press So, Rosie O'Donnell, she went on
03:56Chris Cuomo so recently.
03:57She blames you for the fact that she's overweight,
04:00depressed, in front.
04:01What do you say to that?
04:02Do you think CDS is going to ever be a
04:04gestant by diagnosis?
04:05The President I don't know about Rosie.
04:07I watch Rosie.
04:08Rosie is a mess.
04:10She's a mess.
04:11But she left our country, which is a good thing,
04:14not a bad thing.
04:16The Press Press So, on your NATO deal, can you talk
04:19to us about the details of the article?
04:21The President Well, I'm going to have a meeting
04:23with the Secretary General who's coming in tomorrow.
04:25But we basically are going to send them various pieces
04:30of very sophisticated military, and they're
04:32going to pay us 100 percent for them.
04:35And that's the way we want it.
04:37And we've been trying to get that again.
04:39I don't think Biden ever asked for it.
04:41We're in for about 350 billion.
04:44Europe is in for 100 billion.
04:46That's a lot of money, 100.
04:48But they should be in actually for more than us.
04:50So, as we send equipment, they're going to reimburse
04:52us for that equipment.
04:54Doesn't that sound good?
04:55The Press Press That's the way it should have
04:57been a long time ago.
04:58The Press Press I haven't agreed on the number yet,
05:04but they're going to have some because they do need
05:06protection, but the European Union is paying for it.
05:09We're not paying anything for it, but we will send it.
05:12It'll be business for us, and we will send them
05:14patriots, which they desperately need.
05:17Because Putin really surprised a lot of people.
05:21He talks nice, and then he bombs everybody in the evening.
05:24But there's a little bit of a problem there, and I don't like it.
05:27The Press Press Oh, I think so.
05:33I did.
05:33I spoke to him today.
05:35Dan Bongino, very good guy.
05:37I've known him a long time.
05:39I've done his show many, many times.
05:41And he sounded terrific, actually.
05:44No, I think he's in good shape.
05:46The Press Press I was going to ask you, on this one-year
05:48anniversary of Butler, what was going through your mind
05:50this morning, since the President actually woke up
05:53to start this new day?
05:56Will you repeat that question?
05:57The Press Press On this one-year anniversary of
06:00Butler, what was going through your mind this morning
06:02when you woke up?
06:03I know that you're praising God you're alive, but a lot
06:05of people want to know how you're taking this day on
06:07this one-year anniversary.
06:09The President God was protecting me.
06:11Maybe because God wanted to see our country do better
06:15or do really well, make America great again.
06:17But God was protecting me, Brian.
06:18I'll tell you, it's the more you think about it,
06:21the more you see it.
06:23But, no, I just, I don't like to think about it much.
06:28You know, I have a job to do, so I don't like to
06:29think about it much.
06:31It's a little bit of a dangerous profession,
06:33being President.
06:34But I really don't like to think about it too much.
06:36The Press Press Press I think you're better off
06:37not thinking about it.
06:39The Press Press And you were able to accomplish
06:4020 promises so far.
06:41The President God was doing it.
06:41The President God was doing it.
06:42The President God was doing it.
06:43The President God was doing it.
06:44The President God was doing it.
06:45You know, we made a lot of promises, and we've
06:48actually given a lot more promises than we even made.
06:51The President God was doing it.
06:52And you add on that a tremendous success with the
06:55strike that we had getting rid of nuclear weapons in Iran.
06:59That was a big, big strike.
07:01And, you know, when the pilots came to my office,
07:03they were there, as you know, with some of the
07:04other people having to do with that strike.
07:07And they said something very interesting.
07:09They said, you know, we've been practicing this for
07:1122 years, but no President had the guts to tell us to do it.
07:15But this has been on our minds for many, many years.
07:18And we did it.
07:20And I would say, from zero to 10, with 10 being the best,
07:24that attack was a 15.
07:27The President God was a 15.
07:27What do you think about this new bill that's going to
07:29basically eliminate no capital gains tax on home sales
07:34to be able to free up the money?
07:35People who've owned a house for a long time can't
07:37afford to pay the capital gains.
07:39The President God was looking at that, and it's
07:40going to be, it could be a very big positive.
07:43I don't think for you, because you make so much
07:45money.
07:46It doesn't matter.
07:47But I think, I think it's going to be a great, you
07:49know, a great incentive for a lot of people that, that
07:52really need money.
07:53The Press Press So between that and Jerome Powell
07:55stepping down, that could really boost home sales?
07:57The President Well, I think if Jerome Powell
07:59stepped down, it would be a great thing.
08:00I don't know that he's going to, but he should.
08:04Jerome Powell has been very bad for our country.
08:06We should have the lowest interest rate on Earth, and
08:09we don't.
08:11He just refuses to do it.
08:13And yet, he's spending two and a half billion dollars
08:16rebuilding the Fed, the Federal Reserve building.
08:19And I don't know what he knows about building, but
08:22you talk about cost overrun.
08:24So, he got this approved, and he started the work
08:27during the Biden administration.
08:30And he doesn't look like the kind of a guy, frankly,
08:32that wants to spend two and a half billion dollars.
08:34And it's very interesting because, out of 71
08:38economists, one person, me, and then one other
08:42person, I think from Wharton, got it right.
08:45And the others were all wrong in terms of the
08:47success of our country this quickly.
08:50We have no inflation.
08:51We have cash pouring in.
08:53It was me and somebody else.
08:56Then, I can tell you, I don't need 5,000 people
08:59working for me behind the scenes like Jerome Powell
09:02to tell him what he should say once a month.
09:05Because they got it wrong.
09:06The Fed got it wrong.
09:07I call him too late.
09:08He's always too late.
09:10Every point costs us $360 billion.
09:14Think of that.
09:15And we should be three points.
09:16That's almost a trillion dollars.
09:18Approximately a trillion dollars less we should be,
09:22just with the signing of a piece of paper.
09:24So, we'll see what happens.
09:26I mean, you're telling me he's going to quit.
09:28I hope he quits.
09:28I don't know that he's going to quit.
09:30But he should quit, because he's been very bad
09:32for the country.
09:32The Press on Russia.
09:33Are you going to be announcing sanctions
09:35on Russia tomorrow?
09:36The President Trump's going to see what we
09:37will see tomorrow, okay?
09:38We have the Secretary General, as you know,
09:41Europe has announced sanctions.
09:44But I am very disappointed with President Putin.
09:47You know, I thought he was somebody that meant
09:51what he said, and he'll talk so beautifully,
09:53and then he'll bomb people at night.
09:55We don't like that.
09:56Thank you, everybody.
09:57The Press on Russia, Mr. President.
09:59President Putin經omi John
10:05has joined a big bore.
10:06Thank you, Mr. President,
10:08though, honestly,
10:09we had just appeared to be next to Italy.
10:10Everything was something that has changed
10:12to turn that tab to theña President's ministry.
10:15If that happened,
10:15thank you, Mr. President Smith.
10:16All right.
10:17All right.
10:17All right.
10:18fucking
10:20Everybody has gone on long
10:21last year,
10:23but I think things are very good,
10:24but our institution had nucleds
10:25and a lot of dĂłlares
10:27won't live on ĐŽĐ”ĐœŃŒ murder.
