00:06our condolences to you obviously an emotional weekend for you last weekend and losing your uncle
00:11um to to go out there and be able to play with the way in which you did uh mike rabel always
00:16talks about how this is a family how was this family able to support you during during last
00:21weekend uh i appreciate i appreciate you i appreciate you and um you know coach raised and
00:28he's been he's he's been doing a great job with his team you know uh he built this team to
00:35feel like a family we are a family and uh man you know through you know through the hard times it's
00:41easy to get through those hard times with this team you know uh this team very loving and is very
00:48supportive of everything paul uh i'm sorry for your loss and maybe you could talk to this better
00:55than anybody else you know obviously with the tragedy with uh marshall nealon and players dealing
01:01with things that you know mentally that you know some things might affect them off the field and
01:06you know they bring it into the locker room or they're just dealing with it how important is it
01:10that you you know you let people know when you are dealing with something to take advantage of the
01:16programs that the nfl has put in place especially when talking about mental health to make sure
01:21you're talking to people uh it's very important you know uh man you can't you shouldn't go through
01:29anything alone you know uh by yourself is very uh i say you you're just alone and it's always good to
01:41lean on somebody you know have somebody in your corner and uh yeah it's crazy you never know what's
01:47what's going on with somebody so you know for me i always speak to somebody you know try to put a
01:54smile on somebody's face every day that's my goal and uh man it is definitely hard out here so you
02:01definitely have to lean on somebody get with somebody tell somebody what's going on if if it's
02:07getting uh hard for you pop in the moment uh i was critical when you uh didn't get the first down
02:15against the steelers and you said that i don't want to allow anybody to steal my joy and that in
02:21hindsight was pretty short-sighted by me and very admirable for you to allow to understand that it's a
02:29game it's not life where do you get that ability to be so positive in the face of something like that
02:37um i think for me staying in the bible you know uh god has been leading me uh to stay focused uh
02:48and not let anything take my joy but i think of you know man i'm so blessed to be where i'm at
02:56have so many i know so many people who life is way harder than mine you know and i i go to think like
03:04man i'm blessed every day i'm blessed you know somebody has a way harder life than me so my day
03:12i just i have that positive mindset you know uh coach td told me man a lot of people more thoughts are
03:19negative so i i changed my mindset to try to have more thoughts positive and my day go good so like
03:26that that my days been go all most of my days been going good just you know just by thinking positive
03:32pop that's so impressive but it does seem like this team as a whole has been very positive what
03:37is the main word that you would attribute to this locker room at this point of the season
03:42uh family like he said families are family oriented
03:51pop one of the things that you know drake talked about was how you and him have built this chemistry
03:58it is there something when you look at what's the thing that really clicks between you two
04:04um that the off the field i would say you know the off the field chemistry just so you know speaking to
04:15each other you know uh just being goofy man i feel like uh that's how brothers are you know brothers
04:22that's how they get close you know uh build trust in each other uh get to know each other and then on
04:28the field man you play for each other and when you play for each other man it builds that chemistry
04:32pop when did you feel like this team could be here seven and two the turnaround that you guys have
04:39experienced winners of six straight what what is there anything that you can look back on where you're
04:43like wow i felt like this season was going to be something different yeah i have a video um my cameraman
04:51just sent it to me uh it was i think before camp it was right before camp and i said man our room
04:59our every room is jumping so it's gonna be competition man this team's gonna be good and
05:05he just sent it to me uh i think like wednesday and i say man this is crazy this it's coming true
05:13because every room man we it's competition and it's only gonna make everybody better
05:18paul one of the things we noticed from seeing vrabel is we know that he's a very very intense guy
05:24but what what's he like behind the scenes that we don't really get to see that maybe you can give
05:30us a little bit of a window into what makes him such a great coach uh man he he he know it's like he
05:37knows he does he's been in our shoes before so he definitely uh he mean business you know uh business
05:45first and then you know uh it's like a family friend uh building so it's make sure you you do
05:54your business and you know it's good you know uh i feel like that's how every coach is should be you
06:00know but raised man good good guy for sure pop a lot of people are looking at this bucks team as a
06:06good test for you guys but people are also uh talking about how beat up they are how difficult
06:12is this tampa bay bucks team to go against this weekend are they pretty good man i'm watching
06:18film and they have a good team defense offense special teams uh it's it's definitely gonna be a
06:25battle you know but i feel like that's every game you know despite any record every game is a battle
06:31you know this nfl everybody can play and uh both definitely have a good team and uh ready to see
06:39him sunday bob would you say uh drake may halfway through the season the mvp of the nfl yes yes i
06:48would say that that's my qb definitely yes you know um like if i dropped to help him get there
06:55i'd be i can't i'd be excited man he went a year two mvp it's tough that'd be pretty impressive pop
07:03let me say this is getting to know you and listening to you talk and understanding the
07:10difficulties as somebody who's a six-round pick and every week you got to be ready to go but you
07:15don't know if you're going to get that opportunity but still stay engaged and still keep a smile on your
07:20face and still be positive so you are prepared when your opportunity comes talk let people know
07:28how difficult that is like you know people don't understand how difficult the grind is to to be
07:33able to do that and kind of give us a little bit of a of a walk in your world of just having to grind
07:40that every day and keep that smile on your face never knowing like all right when my opportunity is
07:44going to arise yeah man you know uh it's it's definitely hard man the grind definitely hard man what
07:53you put in is what you're going to get out so you know for me is all i know is work and grind and and
08:00go hard you know so i feel like as i keep working and keep pushing man i just stay stay ready you know
08:09uh that's the main thing stay ready and trust the process uh i've been preaching you know to real trust
08:16the process trust the process and now look at his opportunity his opportunity came and he and he's doing
08:22his thing you know so being ready and trusting the process is the main thing with this uh because
08:28man it's a long season so you never know what happens or you know you never know when your
08:34name's called or your number's called so every opportunity that you get you have to maximize it
08:38and i feel like uh for me i just every opportunity i get i try to maximize it and you know uh do whatever
08:44i can to help the team my mindset is whatever i can to help the team and feel like once i changed my
08:50mindset to that man i thought positive i became unselfish and uh so like that unselfish mindset
08:57helped me get through so much stuff like so much stuff and uh god put us on this earth to serve so
09:03you know i i try to help however i can bob how many tickets friends and family uh gonna be at the game
09:10coming from uh st augustine two man it's like 20 like 20 tickets and that's the one that i don't even
09:20know about i mean that's the ones that i have counted so far that's cool that's what means you
09:26got a big village you got to get able to pay for those yeah

09:44mcdaniel's offense um honestly anyone he give me i'm trying to be open every time every time i'm
