Rich The Kid Owes $45,840 Plus 9% Interest After Secret Affair And Broken Hush Money Deal

Rapper Rich the Kid has been ordered to pay $45,840 after losing a legal battle over an alleged hush-money agreement with a Massachusetts woman.

According to court records, the woman—identified as Jane Doe—claimed she met Rich the Kid in January 2023 after his performance at ICON nightclub in Boston. She alleged that he invited her to a private hotel gathering that turned physical, and later followed her home without her consent, where they again had sexual contact.

Doe said she became pregnant as a result and that Rich the Kid, who was then engaged to influencer Tori Brixx, urged her to keep the matter private. The pair reportedly signed a confidential settlement agreement in March 2023, under which the rapper agreed to pay $15,000 and avoid discussing the matter publicly. The contract also imposed $20,000 penalties for missed payments or public remarks about Doe.

However, Doe alleged that Rich the Kid broke both terms—making only $9,500 of the promised payment and later addressing the situation in an interview, where he accused her of trying to extort $150,000 in hush money.

Claiming breach of contract, Doe filed suit seeking $45,500 in damages for unpaid funds and penalties. When Rich the Kid failed to respond, the court entered a default judgment against him in January 2024 for $45,840 plus interest.

Doe is now moving to collect the judgment by targeting the rapper’s royalties and bank accounts held by Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group in New York. The judgment remains unpaid, with 9% annual interest continuing to build.
