00:00This is not the brokerage that he built.
00:03This is not the way that professionals behave.
00:07And yes, we are doing a TV show and we have to answer to things, but this has gotten so out of hand.
00:17Mary Bonet, Danny and I are so excited to have even more time with you.
00:25We were just chatting with you on Page Six Radio, but now we're over here at virtual reality.
00:28We just can't get enough of you.
00:29I can't get enough of you guys.
00:31What are you doing for the rest of the day?
00:34You're probably busier than us because you just have a selling sense of being out.
00:38You were very busy talking about it, reliving it.
00:40Yeah.
00:41Sometimes.
00:43Sometimes.
00:44It seems like it's getting easier, though, to interact with your memories from season nine.
00:50It wasn't super fun filming, but it seems like you are in a better place, though, too.
00:54You've processed it, right?
00:56Yeah.
00:56I mean, I processed it.
00:58Okay.
00:59Yeah.
01:00I think, you know, new events that come up, like new cast members' comments and stuff are always difficult, but I've shielded myself from it.
01:08Yeah.
01:08So that makes it easy.
01:09But I've recovered from the trauma of, like, the break-in and everything like that.
01:16And I feel safe again and everything that police have been able to come back from after the fire.
01:21So we do have more of a presence.
01:22We've got private security.
01:24So I feel safe again in my house.
01:26It is kind of great.
01:27When you think of it, a lot of your castmates really do live online.
01:30Like, they're constantly in the comments section, posting and everything.
01:32But you never do it.
01:34When do they work?
01:35I don't know.
01:35That's a good question.
01:37Because you, I don't, are you busy working?
01:38I was going to ask you why you don't really operate like that.
01:41You're not always, like, commenting and reacting to everything.
01:43Is it because you're just busy working and you don't want to do it?
01:45Both.
01:45I refuse to do that.
01:47I think I don't like that.
01:49And I don't think it's healthy.
01:51And I'm busy working.
01:53So I don't know where they find the time.
01:57Yeah.
01:57I mean, it's a lot of work.
02:00When the first show, when the show first came out and you realized that, oh, people have opinions about this and they're sharing them online.
02:07Did you look at comments back in the day?
02:10Like, how did your relationship with that sort of evolve?
02:12Yeah.
02:12I looked at comments back in the day.
02:15And then the more the show, you know, got successful and it depends on my work schedule.
02:21But most of the time I have someone, I'm not exactly the best with social media.
02:26And so.
02:27You wouldn't be able to tell.
02:28Your accounts are fire.
02:29Well, it's because I have a social media manager.
02:32And they come up with stuff and they, when they follow me around, I have never been a person to like sit there.
02:38Oh, I'm here.
02:38I'm here.
02:39I'm like, I like to be present.
02:40And like, and whenever I go meet somebody or do or go to a place, I'm just present in that situation.
02:46So I completely forget.
02:48I will actually watch people filming themselves.
02:50And I'm like, oh, that's going to be so cute.
02:52Never dawns on me to actually do it myself.
02:55And then I leave.
02:56I'm like, I didn't even get one picture.
02:57I didn't get one thing.
02:58Oh, I feel that so much.
03:00I never forget.
03:01Like, if I have like a weekend with all my friends, I'm like, none of us took a photo.
03:04Yeah.
03:04And then, yeah, you wish you did, but it's like, you're just having fun.
03:07But it's just not going to have a good time.
03:08Yeah.
03:09Wait, and speaking of being present too, on the radio show, you were opening up about how you did take a step back for a little bit and reevaluated your relationship with alcohol.
03:17Yeah.
03:17How was that?
03:18And how, what did you realize during that time for yourself?
03:21So it used to help.
03:24Like, like, just, you know, something would be stressful.
03:27I'm like, oh, like, just take the edge off.
03:28And then, well, when you live this life, it's like every day there's something crazy, dramatic going on.
03:36And then I just started feeling like it was causing more anxiety.
03:41And I was, I mean, there were no issues.
03:43Nothing bad ever happened.
03:45But just for myself, I'm always very, very self-aware.
03:48And I'm always like, I'm very self-critical.
03:51And, and so when I, I was looking at, I'm like, I can't remember for the last couple months one day where I didn't have at least one drink.
03:59I was like, that's not cool.
04:01And so I was like, okay, we're going to, we're going to take a break here.
04:05And nothing bad happened.
04:06No one ever noticed that I didn't drop the ball on anything.
04:08But for me, just for my health, for my mental health, I thought, we're going to take a break.
04:14And I did.
04:15And it was easy and it was good.
04:16I feel great.
04:17And now, you know, if I want to go have a toast with somebody or something, I'll do that.
04:22But I'm not into, I don't really want to drink.
04:24I don't want to do anything.
04:25I just don't think it's serving me like it used to.
04:29What has been the biggest benefit so far to not drinking?
04:34I think that, I think that I can keep my emotions more in check.
04:39Um, and my head is clear, uh, where I'm not, I'm not, um, overreacting to things or, or stuff like that.
04:48Like where I can just, from a more calm state of mind without anxiety about what, what's going to happen?
04:54Is this going to spin out or like whatever that outcome is going to be.
04:58I can look at it from like a very logical standpoint, which I, I, I, I'm a good drinker.
05:05I'm always happy.
05:06And, and I'd like never, I always know what I'm doing and, and stuff like that.
05:09So I was actually a good drinker.
05:11I would never get drunk.
05:12Like, it's just, just for my health.
05:14I just thought this is, in every aspect of my life, I'm going to take a step back.
05:18But, um, um, you know, I have mocktails all the time now.
05:22We love mocktails.
05:23Right?
05:24I mean, you feel like it's the same thing to me.
05:26I'm like, you still, I had chips and sauce and guac yesterday and a, and a virgin margarita.
05:30And I'm like, you know what I'm saying?
05:31I'm like, to me, it's the same thing.
05:33It's, it's like the festive thing.
05:34I don't need the alcohol in it.
05:35And my brain's still super clear afterwards.
05:38And so I just think, and my liver, my kidneys love me.
05:40Oh, I bet.
05:41They love me.
05:43And I feel honestly, it's funny.
05:44I don't know if you are tapped into any Housewives franchise, but Margaret Joseph's on Jersey Housewives doesn't drink.
05:50And she is grateful for our Welfeldman show.
05:53Cause she's like, no one can pull anything over me.
05:55I remember everything I said.
05:56Yeah.
05:56I remember everything I do.
05:57And she's a girl who likes to keep her seats.
05:59Yeah.
06:00Yes.
06:00How do you feel if you were, because I know right now we are in between, um, selling sunset seasons.
06:05And I know you probably are going through internal dialogues of if you would want even to do more selling sunset.
06:11Yeah.
06:11Would you feel like you like would be able to be more impenetrable?
06:15Not drinking?
06:16Cause you're like, no, you can't try to, even though that never happened to you really, but no one can try to like throw something over on me because you're like, no, I was coherent.
06:22I was drinking like seltzer.
06:23Yeah.
06:24Um, I think, well, I think I always remembered what happened and stuff like that, but I think I would just be less tolerant because when, when I took, I was just like, I'm just going to be oblivious to things.
06:36I'm just going to have fun and be oblivious because I can't, you can't change people.
06:40You can't change their actions.
06:42I can only control me.
06:43And so my version of controlling was just be, be oblivious to it and just have fun instead.
06:49And, and, and it, it didn't work out.
06:52Then I started getting more anxiety afterwards.
06:54So, um, so now I think I just don't want to be involved in it.
06:57If it's going to be this negative and if it's going to be this kind of, um, name calling and different things back and forth, I'm like, I'm good.
07:05I don't, I don't want this in my life.
07:07Yeah.
07:08No, obviously you're not, you don't talk to Chelsea.
07:10You don't really talk to Chris shell things with those, those relationships don't really exist.
07:14But everyone else on the cast seems to, to get along.
07:18If you could bring back two people to replace Chris shell and Chelsea.
07:23Okay.
07:23So Heather, we're bringing back Heather and who else, who else would, who would get the other spot?
07:28It has to be a previous cast member.
07:30Or is there someone new to add into the mix?
07:35Who else?
07:37I told, you know, one of my friends Paloma was just, um, we, I was just talking to her.
07:43I'm like, you should join because she, she did something in Atlanta, um, and she was getting her license there.
07:50And, um, we've become friends.
07:52My husband and I, uh, met, um, uh, this couple, Lawrence Robinson.
07:58I don't know if you guys know, he's an actor, but the sweetest couple ever.
08:01He walked a runway with him, um, for a prostate cancer.
08:05And so they had like different actors, celebrities and stuff like that doing this thing.
08:09So we became friends with him and his girlfriend and we've been out with him like quite a few times.
08:12And I realized that she got, was getting her license and, and, um, Atlanta.
08:18She's like an influencer and stuff.
08:20I was like, you should do it here.
08:22Maybe you should come work for the off and on group.
08:24Okay.
08:24Because she's fun and, and kind of, she's got a big personality and, um.
08:29A good sense of fashion?
08:31Yes.
08:31Oh my God.
08:31Great sense of fashion.
08:32And I think that girl would help me with like getting the photos.
08:36Because when we were, I was like, I was sitting there watching her.
08:38I was like, you do a lot of photos.
08:41I was like, she's so good at it.
08:42She gets all the angles and everything.
08:44I was like, can you do some of me?
08:45Because I didn't know how to do that.
08:48So I think she, yeah, she's amazing.
08:50So I will, I'll talk to Netflix about, about maybe interviewing her.
08:53Yeah, she's, she's, she's good fun.
08:56How did we feel about Sandra Vergara on the show this season?
08:59I love her.
09:00I thought she was a fun addition.
09:01She's so fun.
09:02She's so, but like random.
09:04Yeah.
09:05She is hilarious and, and she's got such personality.
09:08Yeah.
09:08Um, she's got the kindest heart and she and I have become close.
09:12Yeah, good.
09:13Yeah.
09:13She's really, really fun.
09:15You're right though.
09:15She is kind of random.
09:16Like the times that she chooses to address conflict, it's like, girl, they were just trying to show
09:22you a house and now it's awkward.
09:24Like what is going on?
09:25They cut out the funniest part on the, on the reunion too.
09:28Cause the, the tensions were, they did cut it out.
09:30Right.
09:30Where she's like, just so I want everybody to know, I am not a Trump supporter.
09:34And then we were like, where did that come from?
09:38What are you talking about?
09:39She probably heard MAGA this, MAGA that.
09:40And she was like, I am not.
09:42Cause they were just fighting back and forth.
09:44Like you're like crazy.
09:45And like what you guys saw was a fraction of it.
09:49And cause it was 13 hours of filming.
09:52How long did the Emma versus Chrishell over Blake conversation, like how long was that?
09:56Oh God.
09:58It was, that was probably a good hour.
10:03Oh my goodness.
10:05At least an hour.
10:06At least an hour.
10:08I think too, where it's like the back and forth fighting, but kind of like the facts are staying
10:12the same.
10:13Like where it's like, Chrishell, you don't like him.
10:16Emma's like, I do like him.
10:18Were they, it's almost like there's no point in fighting because neither of them are going to
10:22change their ways.
10:23Emma's not even saying that she, she's not even saying that she, she's like, no, it was
10:27toxic.
10:28And I, and I stayed longer than I should.
10:31I know it wasn't healthy, but who hasn't done that?
10:33And, and, and, and, but it's more Chrishell taking that friendship and, and, and private
10:38things from, from their friendship and what she knew and going to press and social media
10:44just to hurt her.
10:45Um, cause she was upset that she did, that Emma didn't tell her, like, didn't check in
10:50with her or tell her everything.
10:52And then it was like, well, because you were not supportive and I knew I would get in trouble
10:56with you.
10:57Um, do you feel like your relationship with Emma has been able to grow since she and
11:02Chrishell have taken?
11:04We've always been friends.
11:06Okay.
11:06So that had nothing to do with, okay.
11:08Yeah.
11:08We've always been friends.
11:09We've, I've, I don't have problems with any, like I, I don't normally, this season's
11:13like gotten really weird, but, um, I don't, I've been friends with really everybody, even
11:17if we don't talk all the time.
11:19Cause Emma was like, kind of, there was like that little threesome that was like on one
11:23island and everybody was on another island.
11:25But now Emma's like, I mean, she just, she's the same as I am where she's like, it's a
11:30people's behavior.
11:30She's like, I don't want to be around that negativity.
11:32Has she been leaning on you more during this Chrishell mess?
11:36Yeah.
11:36We just went to lunch together the other day.
11:38Sandra came with us too.
11:39Cause Sandra was, she's new.
11:41She doesn't understand the social media.
11:42She's like, what's going on?
11:44You know, she's like, Mary, I'm seeing comments, but she's like, what is happening to you?
11:48Right?
11:48Like what's happening like in this?
11:50And I was like, don't worry, just don't look.
11:51And she, and she's getting backlash and stuff.
11:54People just like to talk behind a screen and it's like, and people make comments about
11:58things that they know nothing about.
12:00You see a clip of 10 second clip.
12:03You don't know, like the year that we're living.
12:07That was also the interesting thing too.
12:09You were mentioning when we were talking to you at Sirius that, um, a lot of your issue
12:14with the bouquet and everything was from production.
12:16Yeah.
12:17I was mad at production.
12:17And that it was like a fight with producers.
12:19Yeah.
12:20I was yelling at production for, because they staged it and I was mad at them.
12:24I was like, cause they, first of all, Chelsea doesn't know when, what my state, when my
12:29scene is or what time or where.
12:31And so they had to have set it up.
12:34And I was like, I told you, don't blindside me.
12:36Don't start anything with me right now.
12:38I just got robbed.
12:39I'm feeling on edge and stuff.
12:41I don't want, I can't have any, anything else that I have to deal with right now.
12:46I let you in my house.
12:47Don't pull anything with me.
12:49And they, and they just kept pushing them.
12:50Who's it from?
12:51Who's it from Mary?
12:52Who's it from?
12:52And I was like, stop.
12:53I was like, we're not playing games right now.
12:56And so then I got mad and I yelled at them.
12:58I wasn't mad at Chelsea.
12:59I know that you saw Nicole's comments on TikTok about the whole situation and she came up
13:04with this theory.
13:05Oh, well, Mary could have just read the note to herself and then not mentioned it.
13:10You probably didn't even have enough time to really process it.
13:13Well, you can actually see it on the show.
13:14Like where I looked at and I was like.
13:17Cause you didn't say the name initially.
13:19I was like, guys, not doing this.
13:21And then they're like, and that's when they kept saying, and they cut that part out, but
13:25they're like, who's it from?
13:26Mary, say the name.
13:27Who's it from?
13:28Who's it from?
13:28Oh, that's nice.
13:29Who's it from?
13:30And, and I was like, God, stop.
13:32And so then I was like, you know what?
13:34I told you, you got Scary Mary now.
13:36Get out.
13:36And I was like, no, I'm not doing this.
13:37And I love that they named the whole episode Scary Mary.
13:40Watch out.
13:41Scary Mary is coming out.
13:42And Scary Mary is not actually that scary.
13:44It's like, we're so nice all the time.
13:47If I'm like, you're mean.
13:48Or I'm like, you got Scary Mary there.
13:51I'm like, but that time it really was.
13:52Like I was, I was so on edge and so emotional and lack of sleep and everything like that.
13:58I was like, I was just, I mean, it probably was an overreaction even to production.
14:04But I was like, all you had to do is just talk to me.
14:07Be like, hey, she said, give me a heads up.
14:10This is what, just give me for a warning that this is, this is going to happen and stuff.
14:14I, I didn't know they let the person in and someone knocks on my door and, and I was like, I have gates all the way around.
14:22And so there's so many things that will happen.
14:25I was like, what, what, who's here?
14:27What's happening?
14:27Because people were being robbed every single day.
14:29Right.
14:30Um, and my neighborhood.
14:31And so, and the people were home and we would send like, um, like the video footage of, of like the attempted robberies and stuff.
14:40And people were home and then they'd see, and you'd see the burglars like run and from the house and stuff.
14:45So I was like, so on edge.
14:47I was like, there were too many things.
14:49It wasn't, it wasn't flowers from Chelsea that I got mad about.
14:53When you mentioned that pretty much everyone on the cast, other than Chelsea and her flowers, like everyone reached out to you personally, texted you, checked in with you.
15:00And at that point in time, you and Chrishell were good?
15:04I thought we were good.
15:05So when, when did it turn?
15:07I have no idea.
15:08I didn't know it turned until I was told by production and Jason, like that, um, something that she was attempting to do.
15:14Oh.
15:15I didn't know it turned.
15:16I, I've always loved Chrishell.
15:17I've always, um, defended her.
15:19Like when people were like, she, she like was really weird to me.
15:22I was like, she just has a guard up.
15:23Like, like, don't worry.
15:24Like she's been through a lot.
15:25And like, once you get to know her and I've always had her back on things.
15:28So I was, I was really blindsided by that.
15:31I was really saddened by that.
15:33I don't even know if, well now she does, but I don't even know if she knows that.
15:37Cause I was just like, okay, I guess I know where we stand now.
15:39Well, I don't know.
15:40I'd never even said anything to her.
15:41That's the way I normally handle things.
15:43And I don't know if maybe it's a pattern.
15:44Cause you said that you mentioned that she tried to blindside you.
15:47And then she also, I want to get your take on that scene with Sandra,
15:50where she kind of blindsided Sandra with a picture of her old room.
15:55Was it an old roommate?
15:57I don't even know what that was.
15:58So they were having, I guess just to set the scene,
16:01they were having a conversation because Sandra felt as though
16:04Chrishell maybe didn't like her.
16:05And she was like, what's going on?
16:07What is this energy about?
16:08Cause she, it seemed like she wanted to be friends with Chrishell.
16:10And Chrishell, for whatever reason, seemed, I mean,
16:13I know things get edited down,
16:14but she seemed to be very triggered by that situation.
16:16It was like, hold on, let me get my purse.
16:18And she pulls out a picture of this license.
16:20She's like, do you know this girl?
16:22Apparently then she alleged that she heard that Sandra threatened this woman
16:28in the past.
16:29And Sandra is like so confused.
16:32She was like, I just wanted you to like me.
16:35She was like, I mean, that's what she kept saying.
16:36She's like, I just felt like there was something like,
16:39like you didn't or something because she's like, oh, she gets it.
16:42And I, I re-saw like the, the thing and I died laughing.
16:45Cause she's like, because you just give me a look all the time where.
16:50Like that.
16:50And I started laughing.
16:52She kind of nailed the look.
16:53She did.
16:53And then once she said it, I really noticed it.
16:56I was like, wow, she really does give that look.
16:57I never noticed it before until she said that.
16:59But then once they, when they panned back to the scene,
17:02I started dying laughing.
17:03I was like, that was a really home point.
17:05I was like, do you feel almost like I'd never noticed it before either.
17:10Like, do you think that she just like pulled that out of nowhere?
17:13Do you think she just made that up?
17:14Or do you think there's any truth to what she was saying?
17:16I don't, I don't think there's any truth to it.
17:19I mean, I think it's so random.
17:21And Sandra's explained like, like after she was like, wait, I,
17:25I do know who that like, once she left, she's like, who is she talking about?
17:30She's like, first of all, I've never keyed a car.
17:32That was not me.
17:32She's like, never.
17:33I forgot even what the claim was.
17:34So it was like, she keyed this girl's car.
17:37And she's like, I've never even keyed my ex-boyfriend's car.
17:39She's like, I'm not going to do, what, some random accountant in the building?
17:43She's like, like, what?
17:45And she's like, and so she's so funny about it.
17:47But she was like, she was so, it was, the accusations, like, like this season,
17:51I'm like, are these like, are they just like trying to come up with the most far-fetched things?
17:57Like, and just seeing what sticks?
17:59I'm like, what is happening?
18:00Yeah, like watching Chrishell, and Cassandra being new to the scene,
18:03so watching Chrishell having this disconnect with someone immediately
18:07and kind of coming at her in this way, do you feel it kind of like is showing Chrishell's
18:12now, like, is she getting more of an inability to have sincere relationships with you ladies?
18:17Like, do you think she's kind of just thinking even more as like a chess game?
18:19Um, maybe, I, I, I'm just, I'm so blown away by, by everything this season.
18:25I, I don't know where the turns have been made.
18:28Um, I, I think, yeah, there's, it seems like a chess game and like, it's a good way to explain it.
18:34I don't know.
18:35I haven't talked to her.
18:36I, I apparently know where we stand now.
18:39And so I just, I just keep my distance.
18:40That's what I do when, if someone doesn't like me or if they're doing something to try
18:45to hurt me, I'm like, I don't, I don't want any part of this.
18:49Yeah.
18:49And so, and when I see it happening to the other girls on the show too, and, and it's,
18:53it's gotten bad.
18:54There's a lot of us that have, there's a lot of untruths out there that are really,
19:00really hurting, um, our lives, our real lives.
19:03It's not just a TV show.
19:04These are real lives.
19:05So you can't just say things just, Oh, well that makes good TV.
19:08No, we have business.
19:10We have real lives.
19:11We have families.
19:12You can't just throw things out there and be like, Oh, well, sorry.
19:16Now that your relationship with Chris shell has devolved the way it has, does it sort
19:21of put that conversation with Nicole and the dead parents in a different perspective at
19:29all?
19:30Um, no, I, they cut this out that I, I had conversations with Chris shell.
19:35I had two of them on this season where I'm like, Nicole is wrong.
19:38I was like, but you are too.
19:40You can't make accusations like that, that you like, she wasn't there for anything.
19:44She doesn't know.
19:45She heard something.
19:47Okay.
19:47You heard it.
19:48Why would you bring that to camera?
19:50Why would you like, and say something like this is a global TV show, like the world and
19:56the way society is, you say something, people believe it.
19:59I'm like, but it's, it's like me saying, um, like you, uh, whatever, like, like, um, you
20:07is something social.
20:08Or I'm like, Evan told me before this, that he hates you.
20:09Yeah.
20:10So I'm like, and you're like, and I'm like, why are you?
20:13Or something really, really far-fetched.
20:15And it's like people, and no matter what you say, even though it's like, I wasn't even,
20:20I've never been to this place.
20:21I've never done what, it's now the truth.
20:23Someone says it, it's the truth.
20:25And I'm like, that's, it's, so it's just wrong what, what is happening right now.
20:30And was it the same thing that Amanza heard, that Chrishell heard, that Chrishell was referencing?
20:36Whoa, you lost me there.
20:37Because in the reunion, when Nicole presses Amanza, she's like, have you ever seen me do
20:42cocaine?
20:43And then she's like, I've never seen you do cocaine.
20:45I, I simply believed a story I was told.
20:47And then I, I mentioned it.
20:49Do you think that they got the same information, Chrishell and Amanza?
20:53Possibly.
20:53Okay.
20:54But, but, um, it's, but, Nicole's absolutely accurate on that.
21:00Because I do know Nicole really well.
21:01And she hates coke.
21:02She hates it.
21:03All right.
21:04And that's, that's absolutely true.
21:06And so that's part of where it doesn't matter what the rest of the stories are.
21:11It doesn't matter.
21:11Like everyone has a history.
21:15Everyone has like personal things.
21:17Well, it's all right.
21:17It's, and, and whatever.
21:19But it's like, that's no one's business.
21:21And you don't use that to just try to, like tearing other people down to make yourself
21:26look better.
21:27Not cool.
21:28Um, and so that's, I feel like what everyone's doing, right?
21:31Well, not everyone.
21:32So a couple of people are doing right now.
21:34Just, it's like, well, discredit this person and then I'll look better.
21:37That's not okay.
21:38These are people's lives.
21:39And I told Chrishell that they just cut it out.
21:41And also it's a game.
21:42If you keep on playing it, everybody's going to end up losing.
21:44Yeah.
21:44Because then it's like, what's happening?
21:45Everyone loses.
21:46Yeah.
21:46And it makes our entire brokerage look pathetic.
21:48Like, and we, we are the top agency and, and have done so well.
21:52And in my view, I'm the vice president.
21:54Um, and, and I work with Jason and he's like worked so hard for this and it makes us all
21:59just look petty and, and, and it's just ridiculous.
22:04Is he a little, does he have thought?
22:05He's frustrated.
22:06Oh, he is beyond frustrated.
22:08Yeah.
22:08Yeah.
22:08I was going to say.
22:09Because it's, this is not the brokerage that, that he built.
22:14This is not the way that professionals behave.
22:17And, and yes, we are doing a TV show and, and we have to answer to things, but this has
22:23gotten so out of hand and that just all of the fabricated stories and stuff like that
22:30now on social media, it affects our business too.
22:33It's not just for fun.
22:35This is like, it's damaging and it's not okay.
22:37I mean, the show has brought so much joy to viewers and to fans and it's been, it really
22:44has changed the landscape of reality TV.
22:46And I, for one, I'm so glad that it exists, but because of where we are now, is there a
22:51part of you that possibly regrets even doing the show or taking this ride?
22:57I don't regret doing this show.
22:59Um, cause there are a lot of, I'm just, I just have to reassess how I'm going to structure
23:04because if, if we can't turn this back around to a more woman empowerment, um, like positive
23:11thing, then I'll move on to something else.
23:14Um, but, uh, I just, I just think it's sad, but you know, there are ways around it.
23:21We can, we can like let go some of like the people that are the problem starters, um, and
23:30move on and have a positive women empowerment, like respectable, um, brokerage again.
23:37Let's see what 2026 brings.
23:40I don't know.
23:40It's not my decision.
23:42It's other people's decision.
23:43So I was like, I, but I, for one, will not, I, I don't want to be a part of mudslinging.
23:48So yeah, well, you can always be a part of this couch and this conversation because they
23:51want you to come here all the time, Mary.
23:52Thank you so much for stopping by.
