00:50Now I know there have been foolish and feckless leaders in the recent past who've tried their
00:55hardest to make it more normal.
00:57We saw woke and weak leaders trying to make West Point look like woke Princeton, which
01:04happens to be my long-lost and lost alma mater.
01:09They embraced the DEI craze and tried to introduce diversity and inclusion studies.
01:14And they hired professors who advocated for anti-American ideologies right here in these halls.
01:22But no more.
01:24West Point is set apart.
01:26It's special.
01:28It's above politics.
01:31Success here is based on merit.
01:34It's how you perform that matters.
