00:00Bristol City forward Anis Mometi was highly critical of the Robins' performance in their 1-0 home loss in the Championship in midweek against Blackburn Rovers.
00:10Mometi said that they were simply not good enough and failed to create enough chances during the match.
00:19It's not good enough. It's not good enough.
00:22Back-to-back defeats now, it just looks flat.
00:26Didn't create no chances.
00:27Defensively, going forward, we weren't great.
00:32We just don't think the energy was there today.
00:36We need to turn this around because it's not been good enough.
00:40You can't question anyone's effort and application.
00:43It was there and clear to see throughout the 90 minutes.
00:45What do you think could have been the difference today?
00:48Believing on ourselves. Knowing we're good enough.
00:52We're playing into their game.
00:54We played into their hands.
00:55We played the long ball game that they wanted to play.
00:58And they come here and get the three points.
01:00And we need to pick ourselves up as soon as possible because the last two games, I'd say even three games, even Birmingham, we were defensively solid but we haven't been creating chances.
01:12And Bristol Rovers head coach Daryl Clark praised the goal threat of forward Fabrizio Kavigan following the gasp progressing in the FA Cup away at Bromley at the weekend.
01:23Clark made clear that Kavigan did not put in the best of displays, but given that he scored a goal and made an assist, it was good enough to see the Pirates progress to the next round of the competition.
01:35He's always a goal threat. I thought he was poor today, but he was a goal threat. I think some of our forward play at times, we could have looked after it, but the effort was there.
01:45Lads are still catching up with minutes, Shaq forward, Sots. So hopefully we get better in that forward thinking play.
01:51We scored two decent goals on the break. Probably could have got better on the break if we look after that final pass, but hey, it's all about being in the hat and we're in the hat.
01:59And when it gets to 2-1 right at the end, you don't want to be put under that pressure, but to get through it shows a lot.
02:04No, yes, listen. Yeah, you're always going to be hanging on with 15. I don't know how much injury time there was, but you're always going to be hanging on.
02:09They put more attacking players on and they put the ball in the box and we defended it well at times.
