00:00Bristol City showed resilience and had to dig in to beat Southampton and Ashton Gates in the Championship in midweek.
00:07That's according to Zach Viner, who spoke following the Robins win over the Saints,
00:12in which Bristol City had to come back from a goal down to win 3-1 and maintain their position within the Championship playoffs.
00:21Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. It shows the resilience of our team.
00:24And, you know, it's been a big thing for us this year, just sort of that never-say-die attitude.
00:29And we know that we're dangerous on the counter and we know we're dangerous in transition.
00:33So we just knew that once we stayed in the game, obviously they had a lot of possession for the first 10, 15, 20 minutes.
00:38And, you know, we dug in, we stood strong and we got our rewards.
00:43And it's our first win here at Ashton Gate in a couple of games. Is that something that plays on the minds of players?
00:48Yeah, I think, you know, it's sort of more so for the fans.
00:52And, you know, we're doing well away from home and picking up points and we're not doing it as much here.
00:58And, you know, not long ago we had a sort of a fortress here.
01:01And, you know, we were winning a lot of games here and sort of had a good unbeaten run here.
01:05So we just wanted to try and get back to that.
01:07And, you know, we knew tonight was going to be tough, but we also are deadly in this league now and we've shown that.
01:12And Bristol Rovers must regroup, according to Macaulay Southern Hills, following their 4-1 home defeat against Tranmere Rovers in League Two at the weekend.
01:24Yeah, so obviously we went eight unbeaten and no bad team does that.
01:32We've got to regroup, get together and put things right.
01:35But the only way we do that is by working hard and getting on the training ground.
01:39As we saw from the start of the season, it was a difficult start, but one result changed everything for a good period of time.
01:44Is that in your mindset as well?
01:45So, yeah, as I said, it's always you get a chance next week to rewrite it and start another run.
01:53And we only do that by, as I said, sitting together, getting amongst at the training ground and really putting the work.
01:59As a squad, is it about keeping together, especially with the leadership group as well?
02:03Will you chat in the coming days about how things can change?
02:06Yeah, well, it's hard to speak on it, but we will see where we need to go.
