00:00Bristol City head coach Gerhard Struber has praised Robben's supporters for the backing that they gave their side at Ashtongate in their 1-0 victory over Birmingham City in the championship on Saturday afternoon.
00:13Struber said that they pushed the boys on till the end.
00:16Yes, we could see this one more time and again how important are the supporters for us and for every single player when they push our boys in the right way.
00:27And also for our Sinks was, I think, today a really good feeling to be in the end of the match winner.
00:33You mentioned it there, how good the team were defensively. Birmingham had a lot of the ball. They didn't create any real clear-cut chances, did they?
00:41Yes, I think this was really good to see how high was our, on the high level, our box defending was working today.
00:48I think this way we are really, really happy how the connection is between the centre-backs, the wing-backs and also the sixes.
00:56Sometimes you have to win games also like that. It looks not always sexy for us, but it's a little bit of a dirty victory in the end.
01:05But we enjoy it and we are very, very happy how we did it today.
01:12And Bristol Rovers' Joel Cotterill has reflected on the recent run of poor results for the Gas.
01:19And I've seen them slip down the League 2 table. He says that the squad are indeed deflated, but that they must respond.
01:27Yeah, I just think it's, obviously, it's not been the best of three and a half weeks for us.
01:37Obviously, me being out as well for the last month, just coming back into this now, you can tell, obviously, that all the boys deflated, everyone's deflated.
01:48But I just think it's how we react. Obviously, it's like, fans are upset. We completely get that, we understand that.
01:55And we don't blame them because the results the last three and a half weeks haven't been good enough.
01:59I think it's just a mentality thing, which obviously is massive.
02:05And I think now, to start next week, things need to change quickly.
02:08And we got, like you said, we got a week now to work up until Bromley to put it right on that Saturday.
