00:21world. I know America finds it very difficult to come to terms with that. The global south,
00:26the BRICS and NEXT 11 are becoming more important. So learning Chinese and learning Spanish hints
00:32at Latin America, not just Spain. So understanding those technological and geographical shifts
00:39are critically important.
