00:00That might just be the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. Start by peeling
00:04two apples and then dicing them up. Melt down a tablespoon of butter, add your
00:07apples, two tablespoons of sugar, and some cinnamon. The best part of the week is
00:11when your new spoons come in the mail. Cook on medium until your apples begin
00:15to soften. Lay out your wontons and it wouldn't be a rangoon without a little
00:18cream cheese. Be careful not to overfill these but place your apple right on top.
00:21Make sure to wet all the edges of your wonton. Take the opposite corners bring
00:25them together. Make sure you seal all the sides. Give them each a coating of egg
00:30white for that classic glossy rangoon look. Carefully drop them into the oil and
00:34then once they turn this nice golden brown color you can go ahead and remove
00:36them and place them on a paper towel lined plate. I have a bowl of cinnamon and
00:40sugar. We're dropping them in. Give them a toss. I'm going to serve it up with a
00:44little caramel dip. Who doesn't want that? Whoa. See you later.
