00:23So what have we got coming up in this episode?
00:26Celia Imri returns to give her verdict on the murder in plain sight.
00:29Kate Garroway will be here to reflect on her banishment
00:32and Charlotte Church says hello from the other side.
00:35Plus, Series 3 co-champion Jake joins us
00:38to give his winner's perspective on this series of the Celebrity Traitors.
00:46Welcome, Jake.
00:47Thanks for having me.
00:48Your first time in the proper uncloaked studio slash cellar slash basement, of course.
00:54We've got to get straight into chatting about the show.
00:56What did you make of the murder in plain sight?
00:58Oh, I mean, Alan Carr is the best traitor at murdering in plain sight.
01:05He's incredible and he's had to do both of them, to be fair to him.
01:07Which is fair, he took one for the team.
01:09I don't think Kat Burns would have got away with it as much.
01:11When you're watching it, it looks so obvious,
01:13but he just does it so effortlessly.
01:15Do you know what I mean?
01:15It's incredible.
01:16He almost kissed Celia in the process.
01:18He leant right in, didn't he?
01:19Now, what do you think the murder in plain sight was?
01:21Well, Alan snogged Celia at the dinner party.
01:23Maybe that had something to do with it.
01:24Now, I'm very excited to bring on my first celebrity guest, Celia Imri.
01:29But before I do, let's see what she had to say immediately after being murdered up in the highlands,
01:34when I revealed who the traitors were.
01:36Hello, Celia.
01:42So nice to meet you.
01:44Grab a seat.
01:45Mad about your shirt.
01:46Thank you very much.
01:46I'm mad about your shoes.
01:47Yes, I bet.
01:51Welcome to Uncloaked, Celia.
01:52Thank you very much.
01:53They really are fantastic boots.
01:54I don't want to hang around on them too much,
01:56because I've got other questions to ask you, but they are amazing.
01:58Well, I haven't had a chance to wear them, you see,
02:00and I thought that Claudia would approve had she seen them.
02:03Yes.
02:03But damn it, she hasn't.
02:04Well, we'll make sure she sees this so she can fully approve.
02:09So you were holding them back for maybe...
02:12I was holding them back for the finale, actually,
02:14because I was all ready to win.
02:17Why not?
02:17Is that what you thought?
02:18Were you confident going into the game?
02:19No, of course not.
02:20But as days went on, I thought,
02:22well, actually, I haven't got this far,
02:25so I'm really fed up that I didn't...
02:28But never mind.
02:29You did come very close, though.
02:30Yeah.
02:30You lost at a good time,
02:31and you were absolutely amazing in the game,
02:33iconic in the game.
02:34And you love the show, right?
02:37I do.
02:37You've seen a lot of traitors.
02:38Yes.
02:38So you must have been thrilled when you signed up to do it.
02:40Oh, of course.
02:41I wasn't sure whether, you know, I'd be any good,
02:46but actually once I got the invitation,
02:49it was sort of irresistible.
02:51My son's reaction just haunts me,
02:54because I didn't tell him.
02:57But he said, well, what are you doing, Mum?
03:01And I said, well, I can't tell you, but you can guess.
03:04When he guessed, he just went, oh, Mum, oh, God, oh, no.
03:09Meaning you're going to be so embarrassing.
03:10Well, I hope I'm not, but who cares?
03:13Well, you're not at all.
03:14I'm sure he's going to be very, very proud of you
03:15because you've done incredibly well.
03:18What were you looking forward to most about the experience
03:20other than embarrassing your son?
03:22My best friend said, just be yourself.
03:24Well, that's something I rarely have been asked to be, really.
03:30So I determined to see if I could just not play a part,
03:37but just be real.
03:39Do you think that's something you managed?
03:40I hope I have, because I think people get the wrong impression of me.
03:45First of all, they think I'm nice,
03:46which is ridiculous, because I'm not.
03:50Also, they think I'm a bit posh, which maybe, but not only.
03:56And I hope people think I have more fun than they perhaps imagined.
04:03I think you've had a lot of fun in there.
04:04I have.
04:04And created a lot of the fun from what I've seen.
04:06It's such a brilliant game, I think, but I also think it's cruel.
04:11Yes, I mean, certainly from a faithful perspective,
04:14if you're constantly worried you're going to be murdered,
04:16yes, funnily enough, I wasn't really.
04:19It's bizarre to say that, but, and I was so shocked when they killed me off.
04:25In plain sight!
04:26No, but I think that's the way to go.
04:28I think that's the way you want to go,
04:31either in the way that Paloma went or the way you went.
04:34And, you know, in plain sight is so much more memorable and iconic
04:37than just sneaking away in the night.
04:39Yes, yes, I think I agree.
04:40Yeah.
04:41Now, this is a very exciting moment, certainly for us.
04:43It might be a worrying moment for you,
04:45but we're about to reveal to you who the traitors are.
04:48Well, whoever they are, I'm going to hate them.
04:51That's for certain.
04:52Having loved them, I'm now going to hate them.
04:55Good.
04:55Before I do reveal them to you, I would like to know,
04:58do you have any suspicions?
05:00Alan and Joe.
05:02They've particularly been nice to me lately.
05:06So is that what's raised your suspicions about Alan and Joe?
05:09Yes, I'm afraid so.
05:10Yes, I'm afraid so.
05:12Just in the way that Jonathan was.
05:14And what about your definite faithfuls?
05:15Do you have any?
05:17It would be terrible if it turns out to be Nick.
05:20I did ask him point blank,
05:22and I believed him when he said he was a faithful.
05:25But then if he turns out to be a traitor,
05:28then God damn it, I was right at the very beginning
05:30that he was up to something.
05:32Before he was even made a traitor, if he is.
05:34Well, all will now be revealed.
05:37I'm going to give you the scroll now.
05:38We'll go one by one.
05:39OK.
05:40So let's see and tell us what you think.
05:45OK.
05:47Oh, my God.
05:49What's the name?
05:50Cat, but I did.
05:52Honestly, she was my second vote.
05:55God damn it, little minx.
05:59But you are the only person to have voted for Cat at the Round Table.
06:03Yes, and very early on.
06:04Very second round table.
06:05She was my second one.
06:06Mm.
06:08So my instinct was right.
06:09It was.
06:10Little devil.
06:12Shall we hear the next name?
06:22Oh, bastard.
06:25Honestly, you see?
06:26Alan, how can you?
06:31You are.
06:33You did have suspicions about it.
06:35You did say Alan.
06:36I did.
06:36Yeah.
06:36And he did this whole act of when I said,
06:40well, I'm worried about it.
06:41Oh, no.
06:44Wait till I meet him next.
06:47OK, next.
06:49Don't.
06:50No?
06:50That's it.
06:51That's it.
06:51I hate them both.
06:57I was very helpful to Cat.
06:59She said I was.
07:00Yeah.
07:01I think that was real, though.
07:02I think she was genuinely scared on that bridge,
07:04and I think you were incredibly helpful.
07:06So that was real.
07:07Well, I wouldn't again next time let her fall.
07:10And here she is, murdered faithful Celia Imry.
07:20Welcome to Uncloat, Celia.
07:22Thank you very much for coming and seeing us.
07:24Of course.
07:24We've got a lot to talk about.
07:26We have.
07:26Of course, you're murder in plain sight.
07:28But before we get to that, can we briefly discuss the fart?
07:32We can.
07:32That it's now out there in the world, as it were.
07:35Apparently, yeah.
07:35But it was only a tiny one.
07:37I know, but it was picked up on everyone's mic.
07:39But the great thing is that it's given everybody a good laugh.
07:43Absolutely.
07:44Did you like it?
07:45I whooped it.
07:46I was in hysterics.
07:49We won't hang around on it too long, Celia,
07:52but farting is such sweet sorrow.
07:55I've been waiting to say that for so long.
07:57Quite right.
07:58We should talk about this murder in plain sight,
08:01because that was an absolutely huge moment.
08:03How do you feel now that you've seen how it happened?
08:05Well, I don't remember it at all,
08:06but the genius of it is Alan bringing Stephen into it.
08:11Yes.
08:12Because if he'd started sprouting Shakespeare like that,
08:14I'd have thought, what on earth is he on about?
08:16You know, so that was really clever.
08:19Yeah.
08:19And also, it was very interesting,
08:23because how the atmosphere has changed.
08:27I mean, watching the most recent ones,
08:30it got really serious.
08:32Yeah.
08:32And although the dinner was lovely,
08:36it felt a bit peculiar.
08:38But why are they suddenly giving us a dinner?
08:39It seemed a peculiar thing to do at that point.
08:43That's what they do.
08:45Yeah.
08:45You think it's over,
08:46and then they just throw another bird ball in there.
08:48I know.
08:49The dinner party is always,
08:51there's always a tense atmosphere in Traitors
08:52when there's a dinner party.
08:53And sometimes it's used for nefarious things,
08:58and then sometimes it's just a nice chat.
08:59Yeah.
09:00So you never know what it's going to be.
09:01I think by that time,
09:02we didn't think anything was nice.
09:04Yeah.
09:05Not anything.
09:07We were suspicious all the way around.
09:09You did have a lovely chat at the dinner party.
09:11It was a nice moment.
09:13I didn't.
09:13Also, I thought he was trying to kiss me at one point.
09:15That's what I just said.
09:17Kick.
09:19Yeah, you even say to him,
09:20did Stephen kiss you before going to bed?
09:23Exactly.
09:24It was all, I mean, honestly.
09:26And, you know, I was teased
09:28because I kept going around the place saying,
09:30these traitors are very clever.
09:33I kept saying it to Alan.
09:34Yeah.
09:35But they were.
09:36Yes.
09:37They really, really were.
09:39Well, let's remind ourselves of that moment
09:41when Alan sealed your fate.
09:44Stephen, you know,
09:45he's just got that brain
09:47and it's just the quotes
09:48and everything he'd say
09:49and, you know,
09:51just all kind of,
09:51like, tempers feuding
09:52and what did he say to me
09:54if I went to bed?
09:55Partying is such sweet sorrow, Celia.
09:58Well, you know,
09:58when he was like...
09:59Did he give you a kiss?
10:01No, no, I was trying.
10:02Don't build your hopes up.
10:07Well, Alan's being very clever.
10:08I think, like you say,
10:09bringing Stephen into the murder in plain sight.
10:11Yes, but honestly, Ed,
10:13when you watch it back,
10:15Alan's so obvious.
10:17You know, you just think,
10:18what were we thinking about?
10:20I mean, I love that he laughs at everything
10:22and laughs at saying he's faithful and everything.
10:27It's very, very clever.
10:28He's so obvious that he's not obvious.
10:30And I actually think
10:31if he could murder in plain sight every day,
10:34I think he'd win.
10:34So do I.
10:35Yeah.
10:35There's a wonderful moment
10:36where you do say to Alan,
10:38are you a traitor?
10:39Basically, directly ask him,
10:40are you a traitor?
10:41Yeah.
10:41I don't think you are.
10:42No, thank you.
10:43I'm sure you're not.
10:44I'm not.
10:45No.
10:46I would die if you are.
10:48And he says,
10:49oh, no, I wouldn't do that, Celia.
10:51No.
10:51Yeah, blah, blah, blah.
10:53I feel like...
10:54I feel like that sealed your fear
10:57because you got a bit more confident.
10:59Yeah, that's the thing.
11:00And also, I was leading everybody
11:02to come with me about Jonathan.
11:03Yes.
11:03And I thought, actually,
11:04this is very dangerous.
11:05I did warn myself
11:07but went ahead anyway.
11:09But I think that's what we wanted
11:10from the faithful
11:10at that stage of the game, though.
11:12Somebody had to.
11:12We needed you guys to get a traitor.
11:15Yes.
11:16And to lead the charge against Jonathan,
11:17I think,
11:18was the right thing to do at that moment.
11:19I loved his speech.
11:21Yeah.
11:21I loved his speech.
11:22But I was quite glad
11:23not to have to do that
11:24because I don't know
11:25how you put it in words
11:26but he was very smart
11:27and he was leprechaun green.
11:30That was devil.
11:31Traitor green.
11:32It was traitor green.
11:33That's how obvious
11:34he was at that point.
11:34He was just basically
11:35wearing a cloak to breakfast.
11:38You've been a very popular
11:39and very perceptive player, Celia.
11:41I could.
11:42Obviously, the snooping.
11:44We need to talk about the snooping.
11:45Going round telling people
11:46that you were snooping.
11:47Was that your game plan going in?
11:49No, not really
11:49but I just thought,
11:50well, that's what you have to do.
11:52You know,
11:52and watch very carefully.
11:55You know, people
11:55but watching it back
11:57you just think,
11:58why didn't I see that?
12:00You know, it's ridiculous now
12:03but everybody was very good
12:05at covering up.
12:06Why did it take the faithful
12:08so long to find a traitor?
12:09That's the weird thing.
12:11I mean, the herd thing
12:13is a fascinating piece of psychology
12:16I found right from the word go
12:18and actually I don't think
12:20I ever really went with the crowd.
12:22No, I think you're right.
12:23I think,
12:24and a lot of people took that
12:26as you were throwing in curveballs
12:27or you were just doing your own thing
12:29but I think that's what
12:30more people needed to do
12:32rather than go with the herd.
12:33But I don't know why
12:33that suddenly sets in.
12:35It's like a sort of infection.
12:36It's absolutely peculiar.
12:38No, hats off to you
12:38for actually standing on business
12:39because people just like to
12:41kind of hide in the crowd
12:43whereas you actually stood up
12:45and you said what you thought.
12:47But it makes you more dangerous.
12:48It does make you more dangerous
12:49but you lasted quite a while.
12:50I like being dangerous.
12:52That's our point of life, isn't it?
12:54The last thing I wanted to do
12:55going in there
12:56was any regrets.
12:57If you didn't say something
12:58that you truly felt
12:59you might have gone out
13:00and regretted not saying that.
13:02So, glad that you spoke about Kat,
13:04you spoke about Alan
13:04and you spoke about Jonathan.
13:05You've actually named
13:06all three traitors.
13:07Yeah.
13:07So that deserves a round of applause.
13:09Go on then.
13:11No, I'm kidding.
13:12I'm kidding, I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
13:14No, come on.
13:15Now, our next banished player,
13:17Kate Garraway,
13:17found herself under a great deal
13:19of suspicion
13:19throughout her time in the game
13:20and those suspicions
13:21finally caught up with her
13:22at the last round table.
13:24Here's what happened
13:25when I saw her
13:25straight after she was banished
13:27up in the Highlands.
13:33I'm set free of banished.
13:35Welcome to...
13:35How are you?
13:37How are you, more to the point?
13:38Well, fantastic, thank you.
13:40Look at your roaring fire.
13:45Welcome to Uncloaked, Kate.
13:47It's lovely to be here with you.
13:49It's also rather sad
13:51because it means I'm out of the game
13:53and I've become completely obsessed now.
13:55But you lasted a very long time in the game.
13:58Which is staggering, actually,
13:59because I genuinely thought
14:01I would go out
14:03the very first night
14:04and be murdered
14:04because what I realised now
14:07is that I have no idea
14:09how I come across.
14:10I just thought
14:11I came across
14:12as a really obvious faithful.
14:15Instead,
14:16they all thought
14:17I was suspicious.
14:18A lot of suspicion
14:18coming your way
14:19and quite early on
14:20in the game as well.
14:20Very first round.
14:22I can see
14:23you're excited.
14:24I am.
14:24To find out who the traitors are.
14:26I can't wait.
14:27Well, you have to wait
14:27for a little bit longer
14:28because I'm going to ask you
14:29who you think they are first.
14:31What about my time on the show
14:32makes you think
14:33I'll have an answer?
14:34Well, I know you'll have an answer
14:37because you know
14:38that giving the answer
14:39is what allows me
14:40to get this strong.
14:40Oh, my gosh.
14:41It's a give and take.
14:43So,
14:44I'm pretty sure
14:46that Nick and Kat are faithful.
14:49Okay.
14:50Jo M, I was sure
14:52was a faithful
14:53but now I think
14:55he might have played me
14:56for a fool
14:57because he won over my trust
14:58very late on.
15:00I've got question marks
15:01about Alan.
15:02I don't think it's David.
15:05I'm going to go
15:06for Jo M and Alan.
15:07I'm just going to do it.
15:09This is the moment now, Kate.
15:11Big moment.
15:12Okay.
15:13We're going to take it
15:13name by name.
15:15Name by name.
15:16Name by name.
15:16There's a name a fold.
15:17I'm always too scared.
15:19I've got PTSD
15:20for finding these
15:21sealed envelopes
15:22now that I'm about
15:23to be murdered.
15:26Right.
15:29Oh, my God.
15:32Kat.
15:34Wow.
15:35You're definitely faithful.
15:36I really thought
15:37she was a faithful.
15:44And Alan.
15:45You got one.
15:46I got one.
15:47I got one.
15:49A bit late in the game
15:50but I got one.
15:51I'm amazed at Kat
15:52but also interestingly
15:54she never asked me
15:56a single question
15:57to try and work out
15:58and of course
15:59she knew I was a faithful
16:01so she didn't need
16:02to work it out.
16:03And Alan probably
16:04kept on saying
16:05of course you're a faithful
16:06because he also knew
16:08I was a faithful.
16:09Well, thank you Kat
16:10and Alan
16:11for keeping me in
16:12for so long.
16:14You're the first person
16:15to be grateful
16:15to the traitors, Kat.
16:16I'm so grateful
16:17that you didn't murder me
16:19or banish me earlier.
16:20Thank you so much.
16:25Well, Kate Garroway
16:26became Kate Gonaway
16:27but now I'm delighted
16:28to say
16:29she's Kate here today.
16:31Oh!
16:34Welcome, Kate.
16:36Now you've seen
16:36the episodes back.
16:38Yes.
16:38Do you agree
16:39with the suggestion
16:40that you're a bit
16:41of a ham maybe?
16:42And did you think
16:43at any point
16:43maybe I'll tone it down today?
16:45No, there's no chance
16:46of any tone
16:47ever.
16:48No, I think
16:49a lot of people
16:50see me reading the news
16:52interviewing politicians
16:53and don't realise
16:55that I'm quite
16:56over the top
16:57and ludicrous
16:58most of the time.
16:59I see, yeah.
16:59I think anybody
17:00I've ever worked with
17:01knows that
17:01and friends do.
17:03So people always say
17:04oh my God
17:04you're so over the top
17:05and I should have
17:06really said that.
17:07I guess that's something
17:08that you can't bring
17:09to your job
17:10when you're interviewing
17:11politicians.
17:11You can't go
17:12oh you said what
17:13in the Houses of Parliament?
17:14Hang on a minute!
17:16No, you can't be
17:17all panto
17:18can you?
17:19But there is definitely
17:20that element
17:21to my character
17:21and I suddenly thought
17:22oh my God
17:23I've just realised
17:24that people only
17:25have a certain perception
17:26from TV
17:27you know what I mean?
17:28Celia, in your
17:29expert opinion
17:30was Kate a ham
17:31in the castle?
17:32I would never
17:33have said that
17:34no, actually.
17:35No, no
17:35I really wouldn't.
17:37I mean
17:37I thought you might
17:39have been playing
17:39a very, very clever game
17:41because people
17:42underestimated you
17:43and that's what
17:44was good.
17:45That is good.
17:46But no, I'd never
17:47have said that.
17:48I'd call myself
17:49one perhaps.
17:50I think a lot of
17:51what people have been
17:52quoting back to me
17:53from you in the castle
17:54was maybe someone's
17:55been recruited.
17:56It's the repetition
17:57of maybe somebody's
17:58been recruited.
17:58See, do you know
17:59what that is?
17:59That's actually
18:00stupidity.
18:01So everything
18:02is like on a
18:03satellite delay
18:04in my brain.
18:05So somebody said
18:07maybe someone
18:07and I'm going
18:08oh, maybe
18:10someone's been
18:11recruited
18:12because it's just
18:14gradually processing.
18:16But yeah,
18:17take it out of context.
18:18But it's a wonderful moment.
18:18It's ludicrous.
18:19But looking back
18:20did you think
18:21God, we were so stupid?
18:23Oh, really?
18:25How odd is it?
18:25I don't think there's
18:26any looking back.
18:27I just felt stupid
18:27the entire time.
18:29I felt stupid
18:30and disorientated
18:31and actually I thought
18:32that was a reason
18:33why maybe I was
18:34being saved.
18:35Because I kind of
18:36thought they all
18:37I didn't know
18:38who the traitors were
18:39obviously.
18:40So I kind of thought
18:40maybe they just think
18:41I'm an utterly
18:42stupid dizzy blonde.
18:44So therefore
18:45no threat
18:46never going to catch them.
18:47And to be fair
18:48I was.
18:49Celia, you were always
18:50very forthcoming
18:51with your suspicions
18:52as we've said
18:53but you never once
18:54voted for Kate
18:55at the round table.
18:56Why weren't you
18:56suspicious of her?
18:57No, I didn't actually.
18:58I didn't think it was.
18:58No, I didn't.
18:59Would you like
19:00to have been a traitor?
19:02Were you disappointed
19:03that you weren't?
19:04No, I definitely
19:05went in being a faithful.
19:07Now
19:07I would have
19:08absolutely wanted
19:09to be a traitor
19:09because I didn't really
19:10get properly
19:11the role of a faithful.
19:13I feel like
19:13paranoia kind of
19:14set in for you
19:15and I feel like
19:15you were so desperate
19:17to convince people
19:17that I am a faithful.
19:19The more you tried
19:19to convince people
19:20the more they thought
19:21you were a traitor
19:21because I think
19:22you started round tables
19:24by asking like
19:25who thinks I'm a traitor?
19:26Can you explain to me?
19:27Yes you did.
19:27I think you got in your head
19:28a bit about it.
19:29How were you
19:30on the round table?
19:31Because you are a champ.
19:33I was quite vocal
19:33and just said
19:34what I feel
19:35but it is hard
19:36because you've got to
19:37get the right balance
19:38because if you speak too much
19:39Did anybody really
19:40come at you though?
19:41I can't remember now
19:42because to be honest
19:43everything pre-trails
19:44is white for me.
19:45I feel like
19:46I think if you're
19:47being attacked
19:48and you have to
19:50defend yourself
19:51that then makes you
19:52it's quite a different
19:54dialogue isn't it?
19:55It's harder
19:56like you said
19:57to kind of
19:57get these theories
19:58when people are
19:59up to you
20:00because they suspect you.
20:02They suspect you.
20:02Yeah.
20:02You all seem to get on
20:03quite well in there
20:04so how much should the game
20:05bring you together?
20:06I think it's a really
20:08special thing.
20:09I mean one of the reasons
20:10I wanted to come in
20:11to be honest
20:12I never thought
20:13I was going to be
20:14I never thought
20:14I would survive
20:15as long as I did
20:15and I never thought
20:16I would be very good
20:17at the game
20:17I just thought
20:19look at that bunch
20:19of people
20:20and to get the chance
20:22to spend time
20:23with them
20:24in a way that
20:25you just wouldn't
20:25in any other
20:26bit of life
20:27we're like a family
20:28now Celia aren't we?
20:29Well I never want
20:31to see any of them
20:31ever again.
20:36Jake what is it like
20:37having celebrities now
20:38as part of the
20:39traitors family?
20:40Amazing
20:40welcome in.
20:42Well you are
20:43a celebrity.
20:44Well not like
20:46you guys
20:46I feel like
20:47it's been amazing
20:48to watch such
20:48big stars
20:49that I've grown up
20:50watching on the screen
20:51and to see you
20:52really get stuck
20:53into the game
20:54I was not worried
20:56but I was a bit
20:56like curious
20:57to see how
20:58you would attack it
20:59but you're so
21:00like immersed
21:01in the game
21:01and really give it
21:02all the missions
21:03and the round table
21:04that first round table
21:05I was blown away
21:06at how people
21:07were just going
21:08after people
21:08I was shocked
21:10but that's what
21:10makes the series
21:11so good
21:12right from the word
21:13go that we were
21:14because my son
21:14was worried too
21:15he thought we'd
21:16all be poncing
21:17about not playing
21:18but we didn't
21:19we really went
21:20straight in
21:21you did
21:21I mean you were
21:22suspicious of Nick
21:23before the traitor selection
21:25oh yeah
21:25oh yeah
21:27Alan has been
21:29effortlessly entertaining
21:30all series
21:30and I think he reached
21:31peak Alan tonight
21:32when the final five
21:33gathered round
21:34and had to declare
21:35that they were faithful
21:36I am a faithful
21:38Nick
21:42I am
21:44a faithful
21:47Alan
21:50I am a faithful
21:55I am
21:58I am a faithful
21:59I just get nervous
22:01Alan
22:02sorry I am a faithful
22:04thank you
22:04no I'm not having
22:05I am
22:06that is just
22:07another confirmation
22:08of what I'm thinking
22:10already about Alan
22:11he can't even
22:12look us in the eyes
22:14and say
22:14I am a faithful
22:16incredible
22:17absolutely amazing
22:19and amazing
22:19that someone's
22:20finally picked up on it
22:21and that is a downfall
22:22of Alan Carr
22:22I mean that is the moment
22:23that will
22:24I believe
22:25will get him banished
22:26do you think
22:26I think
22:27he's played such an amazing game
22:28he's been so obvious
22:29that he's not obvious
22:30but that
22:31he's just been
22:31too far
22:32yeah
22:33but he was quite quiet
22:34at the round table
22:35if you look
22:36back
22:36quite cleverly quiet
22:38especially at the beginning
22:39and then when
22:39Joe Mara actually said to him
22:41he said
22:41I'd like to hear from you
22:42and he got his back up
22:43he didn't like that
22:44and that's not like that
22:46no
22:46he should have just giggled
22:48and sweated
22:48now I'm very pleased to say
22:50now I'm very pleased to say
22:51that we've got one final guest
22:52to chat to on the show
22:53she managed to escape
22:54the clutches of the Banshee
22:55and got all the way to Greece
22:57Charlotte Church
22:58thank you so much
22:59for joining us
23:00hello
23:01thank you for having me on
23:03Unclosed
23:04so excited that you're joining us
23:07from beyond the grave
23:07we're very close to the finale now
23:10have you been watching each episode
23:12with the same intensity
23:13that you played the game?
23:14oh definitely not
23:15certainly not with the same intensity
23:17there was an enormous amount of intensity
23:20in the living of it
23:22but it's much more with sort of
23:24joy and relief
23:27and intrigue as well
23:28because of course
23:29you know we don't get to see everything
23:31so it's fascinating to
23:33understand the game
23:35with the sort of different contextual bits
23:37we've got to talk about
23:38the Wailing Banshees mission
23:40I'm sure you guys were all absolutely
23:42like won over by how brilliant
23:44Charlotte was in there
23:45oh she was off the scale brilliant
23:46was it exciting to see
23:48that there was a mission
23:49that involved some singing in there?
23:52yeah
23:52it was
23:52yeah it was so exciting
23:54but also just the whole setting of it all
23:57it was really enchanted
23:58in that beautiful garden with wells
24:00and you know
24:01so therefore for me
24:02it's like there's quite a lot of mythic folklore
24:04and Banshees and sirens
24:06and so I was so into that game
24:10but of course
24:10I mean everyone was branding you MVP
24:12of that mission
24:13but I think Celia nearly stole the show
24:15with the Wailing
24:16what did you make of Celia's vocal talents
24:19now that you've seen them?
24:21I mean Celia's
24:22just Celia
24:23just you Celia
24:25you're just such
24:26you're so
24:27I think you're the most mischievous person
24:29I've ever come across in my life
24:31I'm thinking that you and I
24:32should do a duet
24:33or something like that
24:34don't you think?
24:35come on
24:35it would be so good
24:36the voice of an angel
24:38and the voice of a banshee
24:39I'd sing the yellow pages
24:43with you Celia
24:43oh marvellous
24:45you are
24:46now you listed Kate
24:47as a definite faithful
24:49thank you Charlotte
24:50the only one
24:51the only one
24:52in the whole show
24:53and you were actually
24:54suspicious of Celia
24:56at the very end
24:57now obviously
24:58they're both here with me
24:59today
24:59have you got
25:00anything you'd like to say
25:01about those suspicions
25:02or otherwise?
25:04well I just
25:05I just thought that
25:06Celia was just
25:07so mischievous
25:09and just having
25:10such a delightful time
25:12that was certainly
25:14that's how it appeared to me
25:15that I just thought that
25:17she would hack it
25:18easy peasy
25:19no problem
25:20well I was having
25:21a wonderful time
25:22but then
25:23but then you see
25:24I'm
25:24please forgive me
25:25because I voted for you
25:27with Kat
25:28yeah that's okay
25:29that was one of your votes
25:30Celia
25:31where everyone was very surprised
25:32I think
25:32when everyone else
25:33was doing the herd mentality thing
25:35and you just threw in
25:36a vote for Charlotte
25:36and even you were
25:38completely taken aback
25:39by that Charlotte
25:39I seem to remember
25:40yeah but also
25:41deeply honoured
25:42by everything that Celia said
25:44and the reasoning
25:45that she voted for me as well
25:46you know I was sort of like
25:48camping it up
25:50and also shocked
25:51but secretly
25:52really as soon as I took
25:53a moment to think about it
25:54absolutely delighted
25:56Charlotte
25:57how's the reaction been
25:58now that all of your episodes
25:59are out there in the world
26:00what's
26:01has anything surprised
26:02you about the reaction
26:03it's evident
26:04how much people
26:05love the show
26:05and
26:06yeah
26:07I think it's just been
26:09it's just been really nice
26:10and literally
26:11even when I filmed
26:12my GP surgery
26:13the other day
26:14all they were talking about
26:16was traitors
26:16so I literally
26:18I haven't been able
26:20to escape it
26:20any sort of
26:21interaction that I've had
26:23has just been
26:24pretty much
26:24traitors focus
26:25well congratulations
26:26Charlotte
26:26you played an amazing game
26:27and also massive congratulations
26:29on getting through
26:29to your GP surgery
26:30thank you
26:32I know
26:32it took a while
26:33Charlotte
26:34thank you so much
26:34for taking the time
26:35to join us
26:36no worries
26:36thank you so much
26:37for having me
26:38it's been wonderful
26:38to see you all again
26:39so lovely
26:40thank you so much
26:42Charlotte
26:42goodbye
26:42so we've got our
26:44final five players
26:45Joe Marler
26:46Kat
26:46Alan
26:47David and Nick
26:48how finely balanced
26:49do you think the game is now
26:50I think very balanced
26:51you've got on one side
26:52you've got Joe and Nick
26:53that are finally working together
26:54and they're like
26:56the leaders of the faithfuls
26:58and then on the
26:59traitors side
27:00you've got Kat
27:00and Alan
27:00that have worked very well
27:02and I feel like David's
27:03right in the middle
27:03and he can be swayed
27:05either way
27:05and it really
27:07that is how
27:07it's going to go
27:08it's going to go
27:09to the left
27:10or to the right
27:10and basically
27:11all the eyes on David
27:12Celia
27:13if you had a chance
27:13to go back
27:14and play as a traitor
27:15do you think you'd make
27:16a good traitor
27:16yes I do
27:17very good
27:19I agree
27:20I was a bit disappointed
27:22when I didn't get
27:24the nudge
27:25but I'd be very good
27:27would you have a game plan
27:29going in there
27:29as a traitor
27:30I don't think you can
27:31you see
27:32because everything goes
27:33in the air
27:33doesn't it
27:34anything that you
27:35yeah I think changes
27:37so quickly
27:37you've got to be adaptable
27:38and it depends who's around
27:40yeah
27:40who you can manipulate
27:42it's such a clever game
27:44really
27:45if you're a traitor
27:46who do you think
27:47you might have murdered first
27:48please don't say me
27:49no I'd
27:50I'd murder Alan
27:52I'm right here
27:52no no no
27:53I'd murder Alan
27:54straight away
27:55would you
27:56yeah of course
27:57well that's all
28:02we've got time for here
28:03but worry not
28:04because the conversation
28:05continues on BBC Sounds
28:06Kate, Celia and Jake
28:08will be hanging around
28:09to discuss what it's really like
28:10to play the game
28:11we'll have more analysis
28:12of our final five
28:13and I'll be asking Celia
28:14to explain
28:15that pussy in the well
28:16it's all in the bonus episode
