00:00Welcome to the new video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:04Today, we're all about the freshly revised Hyundai Stargazer Karens & Karten's X model year 2026, which made its debut in Indonesia.
00:16The family-friendly minivan and its robust crossover twin present a significantly sharper appearance,
00:22modernized interior details and a number of technical improvements in order to remain attractive in a highly competitive segment.
00:30The facelift brings visible changes, especially to the front end.
00:36The bonnet has been extended, breaking up the one-piece box shape and creating more presence.
00:42The previously split headlights have been replaced by a conventional unit with striking LED daytime running lights,
00:48while the radiator grille is significantly larger and more angular.
00:53This is particularly true of the Karten's X.
00:56More powerful air intakes in the bumper further emphasize the beefier appearance.
01:00The familiar silhouette is largely retained on the sides,
01:05but the Karten's X opts for an SUV-inspired look with plastic paneling on the wheel arches and higher roof rails.
01:13At the rear, the revised bumper is noticeable, which now integrates the license plate,
01:18while slimmer LED taillights lend the overall look a more modern look.
01:22The Starga C1 now measures 4.6 meters in length.
01:26The Karten's X is slightly longer at 4.6 meters.
01:30The wheelbase remains unchanged at 2.8 meters.
01:34The ground clearance is still a comfortable 0.2 meters.
01:38The color palette includes Cream White Pearl Effect, Midnight Black Pearl Effect, Magnetic Silver Malic and Titanium Gray Metallic.
01:47The matte special colors Gravity Gold and Optic White are also available exclusively for the Karten's X depending on the equipment,
01:56the vehicle's roll on 16 or 17-inch wheels.
02:01Inside, Hyundai relies on a digitally embossed design with a redesigned dashboard that integrates the displays more harmoniously.
02:07The air conditioning controls have been redesigned to be more ergonomic.
02:13The top-of-the-range Kartig X version also features Shift-by-Wire technology,
02:17which replaces the classic gearshift lever and creates space in the center console.
02:23The minivan offers seven seats in three rows as standard.
02:27Alternatively, a six-seater configuration with comfortable individual seats in the second row is available.
02:33The interior is primarily black.
02:36The upscale version also has a beige color option.
02:43Optional comfort and safety features include a ventilated, electrically adjustable driver's seat,
02:48wireless charging, integrated navigation, a bow sound system, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go,
02:54and a blind spot monitor.
02:57In terms of drivetrain, everything remains the same.
03:00A 1.5-liter, four-cylinder petrol engine without a turbocharger produces 115 horsepower and delivers 144 Nm of torque.
03:09Power is transmitted to the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable automatic transmission.
03:15The Stargazer shares its technical basis with other group models such as the Kia Karens, the Hyundai Kreda, and the Kia Zeltos.
03:26Originally developed for the Indonesian market, the Stargazer Kartons will also be offered internationally.
03:31The predecessor model was already available in the Middle East, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Brunei, among other places.
03:40A similar export route is also planned for the new generation.
03:44The new Stargazer Karens starts at around 14,000 euros, while the top model comes in at around 18,000 euros.
03:54The Karens X is slightly higher and ranges between around 19,000 euros and 21,000 euros.
04:02Despite the higher prices compared to its predecessor, which will continue to be available,
04:07Hyundai wants to score points with better equipment, a sharper design, and an upgraded interior.
