00:00Welcome to the video from Car Magazine Tuningbog about the GIC Pickup N1 and its world premiere,

00:06at which the Chinese company introduced the term Omnidurane concept and thus redefines the pinnacle of pickup trucks.

00:14The GIC Pickup N1 celebrated its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show and caused a sensation with its design,

00:21which is reminiscent of a cross between a Tesla Cybertruck and a GMC Hammer.

00:25The front end of the concept vehicle is highly stylized, characterized by angular accents and seemingly floating headlights.

00:35The whole thing is complemented by a continuous light strip and a striking front bumper with red toe points.

00:43Viewed from the side, the massive fenders, pronounced wheel arches and large wheels are striking,

00:49accompanied by straight-lined doors and digital exterior mirrors.

00:52The hack shows off a short loading area and a minimalist hack hatch.

01:00The interior images are only available in low resolution, but reveal a highly modern, minimalist cockpit.

01:09Particularly striking is the eight-ring steering wheel,

01:12which is mounted on a rail and thus allows easy switching between left and right-hand drive.

01:16A centrally positioned screen and an angular center console round off the futuristic interior.

01:26Gag Commercial Vehicle released only a few technical details,

01:30but they did emphasize the combination of powerful lines and futuristic surfaces.

01:34The N1 pickup is based on the new Gag Adaptive Intelligent Architecture platform,

01:41which enables dynamic adaptation of the chassis and drive systems to urban, off-road and loaded driving situations.

01:50In addition, the concept vehicle is equipped with advanced driver assistance systems grouped under the name X-Sole Safety Shield.

01:58According to Gag, the interior can be converted into a mobile living space.

02:06The N1 pickup is the first model developed as part of the so-called 135 Development Strategy Axe Commercial Vehicle,

02:14which aims to become a global leader in electric commercial vehicles.

02:18The model will initially be marketed in Australia, Chile and Saudi Arabia, with possible later plans for Mexico.

02:28GEAR also plans to have two brands in Australia starting in mid-2025.
