Der neue Ford Territory, bekannt aus SĂŒdamerika, basiert auf dem chinesischen Equator Sport und wurde nun optisch sowie technisch ĂŒberarbeitet. In diesem Video zeigen wir euch alle Details zum Facelift und werfen einen Blick auf das aktualisierte Design, die Ausstattung und die globale Strategie von Ford.

Optisch wurde die Front neugestaltet: Der Territory erhĂ€lt einen neuen KĂŒhlergrill mit Chrom-Akzenten, moderne LED-Scheinwerfer und neu designte StoßfĂ€nger mit LackeinsĂ€tzen in Wagenfarbe. Dazu kommen neue 19-Zoll-LeichtmetallrĂ€der und verchromte TĂŒrgriffe – ein klarer Schritt in Richtung hochwertigeres Auftreten.

Im Innenraum bleibt das digitale Cockpit mit zwei 12,3-Zoll-Displays erhalten. Neu sind eine frische Farbauswahl fĂŒr die Sitze und zusĂ€tzliche Zierleistenoptionen. Das vorgestellte Modell ist die Titanium-Variante, aktuell die einzige in Brasilien verfĂŒgbare Version.

Die LĂ€nge bleibt bei 4,7 m. Motorisierungsdetails oder neue technische Daten werden von Ford zum Marktstart bekanntgegeben.

00:03Today, we're talking about the newly launched Ford Territory SUV,
00:07which originated in China and is now on the road with a fresh look and global ambitions.
00:13Many may still know the Territory as an Australian crossover based on the Falcon sedan.
00:19But those days are over.
00:22Today, the Ford Territory is an unnamed version of the Chinese Equator Sport,
00:26which is already being sold in export markets such as South America.
00:33This model is now receiving a subtle facelift and is set to launch in other markets soon.
00:40The revised Ford Territory will be hitting Brazilian dealerships next month.
00:46Like its Chinese counterpart, the Equator Sport,
00:49it will no longer have split headlights and instead will feature a redesigned radiator grille with a striking chrome pattern.
00:56The revised front and rear bumpers now feature body-colored inserts,
01:02giving the SUV a much more premium appearance.
01:06On the side, however, there will be hardly any changes.
01:11The SUV still measures 4.7 meters in length,
01:15but gets a new design for the 19-inch alloy wheels and chrome finish door handles.
01:19The model shown here features the titanium trim,
01:25which is currently the only variant available in Brazil.
01:29The familiar design remains largely intact inside.
01:34Particularly noteworthy is the digital cockpit with two 12.3-inch screens each.
01:40Ford has also given the updated Territory a new color combination for the seat covers as well as various new trim options.
01:46The manufacturer plans to announce further details about the equipment shortly before the market launch.
