00:25This bike is the result of decades of experience in the legendary Rally DAR and is presented by KTM as the benchmark for all riders who want to take on the most extreme challenges in the Rally world.
00:38The production version, which is almost identical to the factory machine, is now available, albeit in a very limited edition.
00:45For the 2026 model year, KTM is producing just 150 examples of the KTM 450 Rally Replica, supplemented by five particularly exclusive KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition bikes.
00:59This machine has a long tradition of success.
01:04From riders in the Malmoto category to the top classes Rally 2 and Rally GP, the bike has been continuously developed over thousands of Rally Kilometers.
01:12The KTM 450 Rally Replica is based on the insights gained from legendary KTM Dark Champions such as Mark Kamm, Matthias Waltner, Toby Price, Kevin Benavides and most recently Daniel Sanders.

01:53Technically, the KTM 450 Rally Replica impresses with a robust 450cc SOHC engine with electronic fuel injection, a 6-speed transmission and a KTM hydraulic clutch.

02:13The hand-welded frame manufactured in the KTM Motorsport factory and laser-cut and hydroform components guarantee exceptional handling, stability and shock absorption.

03:11A specially designed aerodynamic fairing reduces wind pressure and therefore fatigue,
03:15while a carbon fiber navigation tower harmonizes with the KTM Rally Dashboard.
03:21The latter includes warning lights and mounts for digital roadbook systems.
03:26A powerful LED front light system ensures excellent visibility for early starts or late arrivals at the BIB.
