00:00Jardin Coffee is actually a Malaysian brand and not a lot of people know that about us.
00:06We are actually born and grown right here, at home, in Malaysia.
00:12Step into any branch of Jardin Coffee and you will be greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee
00:19and a wholesome array of hearty meals and pastries.
00:22Established in 2016, Jardin opened its first branch in Taman Mayang, Putaling Jaya,
00:28which later became its headquarters.
00:31It now has seven branches around the Klang Valley, including at Empire Subang and Elmina Lakeside Mall.
00:38The cafe's name means garden in French.
00:41And just as a garden thrives through care and cultivation,
00:44Jardin is passionate about helping Malaysian youth flourish by building their skills and shaping their careers.
00:51What I always tell my colleagues or my staff is that we want to treat our customers feels like home.
01:01So we want them to have the ownership of their job and also to make friends with the customers.
01:08That's most important.
01:10I want my customers to enjoy the full experience of drinking a good cup of coffee.
01:17By what means a good cup of coffee is actually a stock, but a coffee is simple.
01:22It's the entire service experience, the audience, the lifestyle.
01:28The company is committed to creating opportunities that empower young people to realize their full potential.
01:35Our head of operations, he started off as a barista.
01:40So he did all the work.
01:42He swept the floor, he cleaned the grease there, even like wiped the windows, you know.
01:47So he understands the growth.
01:49And now, right, after 10 years, he is managing seven outlets across Klang Valley.
01:54Jardin believes it is not merely cultivating employees, but nurturing future leaders.
02:01As such, there is a strong focus on helping its team members grow and refine their skills.
02:07And at the same time, we believe in growing together, giving everyone a chance to learn, rise and chase bigger dreams even outside of Jardin.
02:15So it takes teamwork, respect and a lot of heart to bring that one cup to the customer.
02:22And I feel like that's what makes Jardin special. It's not just coffee.
02:26It's the effort, the passion and the community behind.
02:29And so, whether stopping by for a quick coffee or grabbing a meal with friends, a visit to Jardin is always a treat.
02:37For its team members, attentive service is not just a responsibility, but also a deeply rewarding experience.
02:44We actually want to take this opportunity to let people know that when you support a local brand, you are not just buying our product.
02:54You are also supporting local talents, local dreams, and the future of young people who are building their career right here at home in Malaysia.
03:05So, I call for people to support local to support our future.
03:09TVR Ragu and Terrence, though, FMT.
