00:00He was late today, he was late this morning here, so that's the culture of our team.
00:06And we made the decision to not play him tonight.
00:11And Barsley, he doesn't feel good about it, but he respects the decision, he understands it.
00:18He was really good about it.
00:20Like I said to him, it happened to me when I was in Colorado, different ways,
00:25but, you know, didn't have a good practice, missed two games.
00:28So, I mean, that's the culture of our team, and we believe in it, but he's good about it.
00:35He's very good about it.
00:37Is this a one-game thing and clean slate starting tomorrow?
00:41Yeah, play in Washington, absolutely.
00:43No one here is mad at Barsley.
00:45You know, it's just a culture that we put in place, and we're a team.
00:52We stick together, and those compassion is a very important thing,
00:57and we have a decision to make, and we made that decision today.
01:02When you say late, late for the team bus, late for a meeting?
01:06It was late this morning to the rink.
01:08Okay.
01:12Just what else is not a...
01:14No, it's not a big deal here in a way that, hey, it happens.
01:17We know that, but that's the culture that we have, and we put in place, and we make decisions.
01:23Is that policy new this year?
01:25Has it existed for since you've been here?
01:27I can't go back to how things were in the past, but I know how things are today,
01:32and I think everybody knows now.
01:34I mean, it's fair to say that's how you coach, right?
01:37Yeah.
01:38Those are your standards for what you want.
01:40No, it's on my standard.
01:42It's the organization's standard.
