00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog on the topic of 2016, Mercedes-Benz G-Class in the Fully Leaded M & M0 Edition.
00:09A purely virtual rendering designed by Fully Leaded and not directly related to Mercedes-Benz itself.
00:17The G-Class has been a symbol of off-road capability and edgy cult status since 1978.
00:23But what Fully Leaded has delivered here is an exciting reinterpretation with clearly futuristic approaches.
00:30While the M&O Edition is based on the well-known J-Class, it is a completely original project, created purely digitally and showing how the classic formula language could be transferred into the future.
00:44The characteristic boxy look remains, but every single detail has been rethought.
00:49Instead of the classic visible B&C pillars, a continuous daylight opening look extends across the sides, giving the vehicle a more flowing, modern sideline.
01:02The once-bolted wheel archliners are gone.
01:06Instead, there are voluminous, elegantly sculpted fenders that give the car additional visual weight.
01:11Also striking is the slightly rotated mounting of the aluminum wheels.
01:17An angle of just 0.2 degrees creates a subtle, yet effective visual dynamic.
01:23Paired with a discreet rear spoiler, the whole thing has an almost sporty appearance.
01:28The hood features a massive power dome curvature, suggesting that a real version would certainly pack a lot of power.
01:38On the sides of the hood are elongated, flat indicators reminiscent of modern sports cars.
01:44Particularly striking is the removal of the typical external door hinges and massive door handles.
01:49Instead, there are flush-mounted, electrically opening handles that give the overall concept a clean, almost minimalist look.
01:59The sides of the vehicle have also been completely smooth, giving them a tidy and clearly structured appearance.
02:06There is currently no information on technology, drivetrain, or interior,
02:11which is due to the fact that this is a design rendering with no concrete technical basis.
02:15Fully Lead presents more of a design vision of how the G-Class could develop if bold thinking continues.
02:25If you're hoping for hints about possible electric drivetrains, new engines, or the technical details,
02:31perhaps Martin from Fully Leaded will reveal more about his idea in the future.
02:35As always, you'll find the link to read the article in our magazine in the video description.
