00:00When it comes to pumpkin pie there is no need to buy store-bought when it's this
00:02easy to make. This recipe right here gives you perfect pumpkin pie every time.
00:06Starting out with a couple eggs and then one can of pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie
00:10filling. One can of sweetened condensed milk. This is just milk and sugar so it's
00:15perfect. Then do not go spend five dollars on a tiny container of pumpkin pie
00:20spice when all you need is cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. You already have that.
00:24Finally a little bit of salt because it's always in something sweet and then
00:27whisk it up. That's the smell of fall. Then you're gonna grab your store-bought
00:30pie crust or make your own if you're an overachiever and pour your filling right
00:34in. I like to set it on another sheet pan just in case. It goes into the oven 425
00:40degrees for about 15 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 and go another half hour
00:44so it's pretty perfect. It can jiggle ever so slightly that's okay that's what you
00:49want. It's puffed up but as it sits it's gonna settle and you want it to cool
00:53completely. After it's cooled I even like to pop it in the fridge for a bit because
00:57I like my pumpkin pie slightly chilled but you do you. You gotta admit that looks
01:00like it came straight out of the magazine. That is picture perfect.
01:05Ten out of ten a perfect score. Also better than anything you can buy in a
01:10store anyway.
