00:00Speaker Johnson says that there's no time to amend the Constitution to allow you to serve a third term.

00:07Is that an accurate representation of the conversation?

00:09I don't want to even talk about that because, you know, the sad thing is I have my highest numbers that I've ever had.

00:17I ended eight wars and we have the greatest economy in history.

00:21And by the way, energy prices are way down.

00:24Everything's way down. Beef is a little bit high. We're going to get beef down, too.

00:28But prices are down and the economy's up. The only thing that's not down is the stock prices.

00:34And 401ks are through the roof. Everyone's 401ks hitting records.

00:39So we have the greatest economy we've ever had.

00:42I have my highest ball numbers that I've ever had.

00:45And, you know, based on what I read, I guess I'm not allowed to run.

00:49So we'll see what happens.

00:50Johnson says you're trolling when you talk about a third term.

00:53I don't think he said that. I don't think he used that term.

00:56But it's a very interesting thing.

01:00I have the best numbers for any president in many years, any president.

01:06And I would say that if you read it, it's pretty clear I'm not allowed to run.

01:11It's too many people.

01:12But we have a lot of great people.

01:15Food stamps were stopped to be sent out on Saturday.

01:18The Department of Agriculture says they cannot have a contingency of funding to fund that.

01:23Is your administration's food stamps, that benefits?

01:27Is your administration's benefits?

01:27Well, we're going to get it done.

01:29The Democrats have crossed the problem on food stamps.

01:32Of course, all they have to do is sign.

01:33And, you know, if they sign, I'll meet with them.

01:36They're all saying, well, they actually said Trump is doing an amazing job in this trip.

01:44This trip will bring back trillions of dollars, so it's hard.

01:46But they do want to meet with me when I get back.

01:49But I say get the economy open and we'll meet.

01:52And so many different companies, we have to fix health care because Obamacare is a disaster.

01:59I mean, when you see the increases in Obamacare, it never worked and it never will work.

02:05And we can do something.

02:06Work with the Democrats much better than Obamacare.

02:09Less money and better health care.

02:12And that's something I think that can come out of this with the Democrats.

02:17Work with the Democrats.

02:19Because right now the insurance companies are making too much money.

02:22And they're making a fortune.

02:24And the health care, Obamacare, is poor and the premiums are ridiculous.

02:31It's going up a lot.

02:33I don't want to say the number.

02:34The number is very substantial.

02:36But when you hear the number, and it's Obamacare, it never worked.

02:40It never will work.

02:41It'll never be good.

02:41And I think it's a great time for the Republicans and Democrats to get together and make something

02:47that will work.

02:49And let the insurance companies make money.

02:52They're entitled to that, but not the kind of money that they're making.

02:55Would you bring Democrats in to have that discussion now?

02:57Yeah, we do that, sure.

02:58But now, sir?

02:59I'd say open up the government if it will work.

03:01I think a lot of good things can happen from it.

03:04Well, listen, thank you very much.

03:06We have two big days.

03:06This is a big day, and we're going to be speaking in AIPAC, and a lot of countries are there.

03:12They're all investing in the U.S.

03:15We're the hottest we've ever been.

03:16We're the hottest country in the world, and they're all investing, so I'll be doing that.

03:21And then tomorrow morning is the one that most people find most interesting, and I think

03:27we're going to have a great meeting with President Xi of China, and a lot of problems are going

03:32to be solved.
