00:14of parchment or wax paper.
00:16These are ready to go, but before you cook them,
00:17go ahead and scramble some eggs.
00:18Place your tortillas sausage side down,
00:20cook them for about four minutes
00:21or until they're golden and crusty brown.
00:23Top them with cheese, then add in your scrambled eggs
00:26and whatever toppings you like.
00:27I love avocado and green onion here
00:29and drizzle on a little hot sauce
00:31and everything bagel seasoning.
00:32And that, my friends, is a perfect bite
