00:04I'm using ground beef,
00:05going in with some finely chopped red onion
00:07and a can of green chilies.
00:09Season it up with some chili powder,
00:11cumin and garlic powder.
00:12Add in a little salt and mix it up.
00:15I've just softened up some corn tortillas in the microwave
00:17with a damp paper towel.
00:18Meat mixture on half and refried beans on half
00:21and cheese all over.
00:22Place them on a oil lined baking sheet
00:24and coat both sides with the oil.
00:25You're gonna bake these at 425 degrees
00:28for about 25 to 35 minutes,
00:29depending on how crispy you like them.
00:32It's like a taco meets a quesadilla meets a taquita
00:36all put together in one delicious bite.
