00:42While the government's so-called rapid review has been met with a not-so-rapid response,
00:46and it's leaving our children at risk, this is on the government.
00:49They needed to act urgently, they acknowledged there were failures in the system, and they're
00:54leaving those failures as is.
00:56This is a complex area, but it does raise questions about the government's response.
