01:24hybrid attacks and floated the possibility of the country invoking NATO Article 4.
01:29US President Donald Trump has arrived in Japan as he continued his week-long tour of Asia,
01:38filled with high-stakes diplomacy and meetings.
01:41Trump departed Washington a few days ago, arriving in Malaysia, his first stop,
01:46where he brokered a ceasefire agreement between Thailand and Cambodia,
01:50ending a months-old border dispute.
01:52In Tokyo, Trump was welcomed at the Imperial Palace,
01:56where he took part in a courtesy call and visit with Japanese Emperor Naruhito.
02:01He is also due to meet with Japan's new Prime Minister, Sanai Takeishi,
02:05who assumed office less than a week ago and is hoping to turn a page on US-Japan relations.
02:11I look forward to meeting the new Prime Minister. I hear phenomenal things.
02:16She was a great ally and friend of Shinzo Abe, who was my friend, the former Prime Minister.
02:24And he was great. He was one of my best. He was one of the best.
02:27And in the group, he was one of the best. Really best.
02:30And I know they were very close. And I think philosophically they were close, which is good.
02:35It's going to be very good. That really helps Japan and the United States. I think she's going to be great.
02:40Takeishi has already extended a gesture of friendship,
02:44offering to buy a fleet of Ford F-150 trucks from the US for official use,
02:49despite its impracticality given Japan's many narrow streets.
02:54Trump has clashed with Japan's former leader over what he called
02:57Tokyo's unfair trading relationship with Washington.

03:36already in proximity to Venezuela. According to officials in Trinidad and Tobago,
03:42the US Navy ship will remain in their country until Thursday
03:45and will play host to some military exercises between both nations.
03:50Maduro slammed the move as a hostile provocation,
03:53calling it an attempt by the US government to, quote,
03:56fabricate a new eternal war. The US has so far carried out nine strikes in the Caribbean Sea
04:03against what it says are Venezuelan drug-carrying boats.
04:06Trump says it's his duty to continue fighting the entry of illicit drugs into his country,
04:11which pose a grave risk to US citizens.
04:14He claims the drugs, arriving mostly from Venezuela, are dealt by Maduro himself,
04:20who he previously called the world's biggest narco-trafficker.

05:37according to tallies with more than 97 percent of votes counted.
05:42The election offered an important vote of confidence to strengthen Mille's plan for a radical free market policy,
05:48backed by billions of dollars pledged by U.S. President Donald Trump.
05:52The Argentine leader won decisive victories in key districts, sweeping eight in Sunday's vote.

06:29Under the U.S.-brokered ceasefire, Israel agreed to give back 15 bodies of imprisoned Palestinians for every body of an Israeli hostage.

07:33it would not tap roughly $5 billion in contingency funds to keep benefits through the SNAP food aid program flowing into November.
07:43With one in eight Americans using SNAP to buy groceries, the prospect of families not receiving food aid
07:51as deeply concerned states run by both Democrats and Republicans.
07:56What we know about food insecurity in this country is that volunteer food pantries like ours and others cannot meet the need.
08:03SNAP is an essential piece of meeting the food need in the United States.
08:07And SNAP is being cut. It's very tragic. And so we are concerned about sustainability.
