00:31continue between groups of young people and the Moroccan police. They are using
00:35tear gas and water cannons to disperse them. In Ceuta activity remains virtually at a
00:42standstill. Businesses are closed due to a lack of security. The Spanish government
00:48asserts that virtually all of those who entered have already returned to
00:51Morocco. Furthermore, it insists that it is not possible to travel from Ceuta or
00:57Malia to the mainland without passing through police checkpoints. Therefore,
