00:00That's good. Let's make a cabbage boil. Start by taking your cabbage and coring out the middle.
00:05Slicing it about a quarter or a half way down and then we're going in with seasoning. First cover
00:08it in a little bit of oil, going with some garlic powder, some smoked paprika, some regular paprika,
00:13some Cajun seasoning, some Old Bay, some black pepper, salt, and some lemon juice and a little
00:17chicken bouillon. Now make sure to give it a little rub down, making sure to get all that seasoning
00:22into the cabbage. Go ahead and wrap it tightly in foil. I forgot one ingredient, the most important
00:26ingredient. Three tablespoons of cold butter right in the middle. Now we're baking this at 385 for
00:30one hour. Go ahead and melt two sticks of butter down. We're adding some more lemon, more Cajun seasoning,
00:35Old Bay, smoked paprika, regular paprika, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, and some ground pepper.
00:40Okay it's been about an hour. Oh yeah. Now we're taking the butter mixture and we are pouring it
00:44right on top. Now close it back up. This goes back into the oven for an additional hour.
00:49And that's what she should look like. Save your juice, pour it right on top.
00:53Buttery, saucy goodness. Stuffing it with a little bit of rice.
01:00Who needs crab and shrimp?
