01:00for offenses like sexual abuse and strangulation, even if they have no prior record.
01:05The order asked the Attorney General to list states and localities that have removed cash bail
01:10for violent sexual, looting, and vandalism cases.
01:14Federal agencies will review funding and consider suspending grants or contracts where permitted.
01:19Officials say the order must follow existing laws and budget limits and does not create new legal rights.
