00:04Aaron Glenn culture is basically putting players on notice and holding guys accountable from the old regime.
00:09They cut, kicked return to Xavier Gibson after his costly fumble on Sunday led to the Steelers taking a late league in the game.
00:17So Glenn pretty much called it after the game that someone was going to be held accountable.
00:23The one thing to me that had to turn this game is, man, we can't have turnovers.
00:27We can't do it. We have to be a more disciplined team.
00:31There was some penalties that happened in that game that was true discipline issues.
00:36And again, that's something that will be addressed because you will not be on the field with this team if you're going to cause us to lose games.
00:43You're going to cause issues like that. So we will get that addressed.

00:50And I know Xavier Gibson had his moments last year, but don't worry about the players in that locker room having any sort of beef or issue with this decision.
01:00Dudes are tired of losing. The fan base is tired of losing.
01:03So the feeling in that locker room is and should be, I'll lose a teammate before I lose another game to costly mistakes.
01:11And I know you can look at on the tape and see other mistakes and penalties that kind of cost them the games.
01:17But in terms of letting the team down in a do your job moment or that can't happen moment, it's actually the perfect situation for him to make an example out of someone.
