00:00In Week 7, the Jets lost 28-25 to a Miami team that came into MetLife winless.
00:06And afterwards, Super Bowl winning head coach Mike Tomlin saw some numbers that jumped off the screen.
00:11Those numbers were 107-6.
00:14That's how badly the Jets have been outscored in the final two minutes of first halves during Aaron Glenn's tenure.
00:20And Miami added to that problem on Sunday with a drive that was painful to watch.
00:24The Dolphins, they started at their own nine, then in 15 plays, they moved the ball 91 yards.
00:30What had been a one-score game turned into a 21-7 Miami lead.
00:35Now, in typical Jets fashion in the second half, they started making it interesting.
00:39The defense tightened up.
00:41The offense got going.
00:42New York started closing the gap.
00:44Then, with under five minutes left, Malik Willis finds Caleb Douglas for 63 yards.
00:49That touchdown was the backbreaker.
00:51And even after the Jets answered to make it 28-25, the defense got one more chance.
00:56Fourth and one.
00:57Get a stop.
00:58And Geno gets the ball back with a chance to win or tie.
01:01Malik Willis keeps it on the QB sneak.
01:04First down.
01:04Jets couldn't stop four straight runs.
01:07And that was the ball game.
