00:00Your leader, what would you say to the team going into this short week?
00:03This is the dig down into the soul.
00:05You hate to say this early in the season, but this is the gut check.
00:10This is the soul check.
00:11I think everybody needs to put their French poodles and their French bulldogs aside.
00:15And we start talking about dogs and animals and what it takes to play the game of football,
00:20the sport of football.
00:21This is the gladiator sport.
00:23Who's coming into the arena?
00:25And the players and the coaches have to challenge every person to the depth of their soul to
00:32really rise up and bring their best.
00:37Now, what does their best look like?
00:38It should be an intense turnpike rivalry.
00:40It should be a tussle on the turnpike.
00:42It should be a nasty divisional game.
00:44And if the Giants position themselves to play through four quarters, I believe that that
00:50gives you some stick-to-itiveness.
00:52So this is truly a gut check for the players.
00:56Forget stats.
00:57This is all what's going on in the heart.
00:59Guys, you have to long for this opportunity to go down there and beat the defending champion.
01:05And that's what Coach Coughlin does for us for the last game going into Super Bowl XLII.
01:11You know what?
01:12We made the playoffs, but we want to beat the champ.
01:14And that's where they got to go for it.
01:16Let's go.
01:17Let's go.
01:18You know what?
01:19Let's go.
01:19Yeah.
01:20Let's go.
01:21Let's go.
