00:00Coming out of NBA Summer League, Pacom Dadia, the Knicks' 2024 first-round pick.

00:05That's a name you should keep an eye on going into camp and during the season this year.

00:09I think the kid has a great chance to crack the Knicks' rotation this season.

00:13So he did miss the last three games of Summer League due to a toe injury,

00:17but in the two games that he did play, oh, young boy showed some flashes

00:21and put some good and promising things on tape,

00:23mainly his ability to score off cuts and then transition.

00:26Those are two things that he did really well last season for the Westchester Knicks

00:31up in the G League when he got some minutes.

00:33In the last Summer League game that he did play, he dropped a quick 17 points in 25 minutes.

00:38To be that tall and long, this kid shows that he's got some really good feet

00:43in athleticism to get to the rim.

00:45I think the biggest question mark around the soon-to-be 20-year-old is his three-ball.

00:50His three-point shooting is still inconsistent,

00:52and it's something that he's going to have to improve on

00:55and show that during camp if he wants to earn some consistent minutes in the Knicks' rotation.

01:01He only shot 25% from deep during Summer League.

01:04It's no secret, Mike Brown is going to use his depth and bench more than Tom Thibodeau.

01:09The defense is there.

01:10The sides and the quick feet, they're there.

01:13He's still a project, but you have to like what you saw in the small sample size

01:17out of the 20-year-old.

01:19If this kid can continue to develop and earn some real minutes,

01:23then I think he has the potential to be an impact piece for Mike Brown

01:28and this team coming off the bench.
