00:00This is your New York Sports Minute, presented by Nicolock Paving Stones.
00:05What is going on with the Jets' defense?
00:08I mean, I put that loss on them.
00:10At this point, we're already used to the Jets' offense not being effective.
00:14What they did week one against the Steelers was kind of a nice surprise,
00:17but no one was sold on that being sustainable throughout the course of the entire season.
00:22In the words of Dennis Green, on Sunday, they were who we thought they were.
00:26But when do we ever think that the Jets' defense will give up back-to-back 30 pieces at home?
00:33You know, there's that saying by Mike Tyson,
00:35everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face,
00:39where they punched Josh Allen in the face and bloodied his nose,
00:42and the defense did a great job of keeping him out of the end zone on both the ground and in the air.
00:48But the Bills' run game treated the Jets' defense like Crawford treated Canelo on Saturday night.
00:55It's the Jets' run game that's supposed to be the ones that's imposing its will on defenses,
01:01not the other way around.
01:03That's back-to-back weeks with no victory, or not even a moral victory at that.
