00:35has doubled down on claims that businessman Albert Teh

00:38was the mastermind behind the mining scandal in the state

00:41and not the Sabah government, as insinuated.

00:44Nizam said Teh's application for prospecting licenses covering nearly 1 million acres

00:50was an attempt to quietly take control of Sabah's natural resources.

00:54He said an internal audit found Teh's involvement in document falsification

00:58and power abuse at Sabah Mineral Management Sendirian Berhad

01:02leading to the dismissal of then-CEO John Teh Eng Gihon

01:06for allegedly aiding him in license applications.

01:09We all know that Albert Teh is a good friend with John Teh.

01:17And this is evidence that when Sabah Mineral Management does an audit

01:24a lot, there is a lot of fraud,

01:27and a lot of fraud,

01:28and a lot of documents and documents

01:30that are not following the decisions

01:32that have been published by the Department of Sabah Mineral Management.

01:37Nizam urged the public not to be swayed by the businessman's narrative,

02:17Teh and two assemblymen have been charged with barbary related to mineral prospecting licenses,

02:23while investigations cleared the state government and Hajiji of any involvement.
