00:08It is a horrific case where victims have been subject to the most horrific grooming and exploitation.
00:15And I want to reassure victims and the public that the Home Secretary and the government are not going to water down this inquiry.
00:23We're not going to expand the scope of the inquiry.
00:25And it will look at difficult questions with regard to the religious and ethnic background of the offenders.
00:32And our job now is to rebuild trust and confidence of the victims because their voices have to be at the centre of this inquiry.
