00:20him very closely in the Cabinet Office. He has always said, in public and in private, that the debate about
00:27social security isn't about benefit levels, it is about giving people opportunity, and indeed you've been seeing him driving forward
00:33that work over the past week, trying to deal with the issue where we have 729,000 young people who
00:41are unemployed.
00:41I know he's determined to tackle that, and we'll continue to do so.
