00:00So the Chancellor has managed to identify that £100 million, both to do the Great British Summer Sale,
00:05providing those free bus fares for 5- to 15-year-olds, as well as supporting bus companies
00:09and the impact that the Middle East crisis has had on those in terms of fuel costs, etc.
00:15And the benefits are huge.
00:17Not only giving people the breathing space that they need to go out and enjoy some,
00:22and trust me, I'm a parent, trying to keep the kids occupied, is both time-consuming, stressful and really expensive.
00:27So that extra bit of help for parents is really important.
00:31But that goes back into the local economy.
00:33It goes on spending on activities, which we've also stashed the VAT on.
00:36So you can get into things like museums, get into theme parks,
00:40you know, stashing the VAT on children's meals as well.
00:44So it all helps parents.
