00:00Let's make melting beets with a golden turmeric twist.
00:03In all my melting style recipes, I've never done golden beets,
00:06so I was pretty excited to get to make this one.
00:08These get seasoned with turmeric and black pepper,
00:11very antioxidant rich just to bring home that yellow color,
00:14and then they soak up in apple cider vinegar and tarragon maple sauce.
00:17Then add a little butter at the end to bulk up the sauce,
00:20and these guys are good to go.
00:22Top with more maple, more tarragon.
00:24They're beautiful. They're custardy.
00:26Let's eat more beets.
