00:00You can improve your productivity using auto-correction. Let me show you what I
00:03mean by that. Instead of typing the address here MrSomebody at some mail
00:09server like this, which is very very time-consuming, let me show you another
00:13way to do this. First you're gonna go to File, Options, in here you're gonna go to
00:18Proofing, and in here you're gonna go auto-correct option here. Over here you're
00:22gonna say at, so every time you press the word at, you're gonna say at some
00:27mail server dot com. And then after that go add here, okay, and okay one more time.
00:33So anytime when you press the add sign, it's gonna fill up the rest of the
00:37characters from there on. Let's say for example MrSomebody like this. You say add
00:44and hit enter, you automatically fill up the rest of the characters for you, which
00:48makes typing a breeze.
