This vodka-based cocktail is shaken and packed with rich coffee flavor! In this video, learn how to make freezer door espresso martinis, otherwise known as batch espresso martinis. Using espresso powder and a coffee liqueur to capture the coziness of a cup of coffee, these martinis come together within the vodka bottle and will last for a while in the freezer.

00:00Batch espresso martinis. Let's make it.
00:02Pour out 1 1⁄4 cups of vodka and reserve the remaining for later use.
00:07Blooming instant espresso powder directly in gently heated vodka brings out the flavor while minimizing the overall water content to prevent the drink from solidifying in the freezer.
00:16Carefully pour the mixture back into the vodka bottle. Add salt, simple syrup, and top with coffee liqueur.
00:22Shake and place in the freezer.
00:24Once ready to serve, use a shaker for that classic espresso martini foam.
00:28Dilute with both ice and some water as this is essentially an espresso martini concentrate.
00:33Garnish with coffee beans and some espresso powder and enjoy!
