00:00What gave you the confidence that King would come in and do this one?
00:04Yeah, you know, I got asked a similar question after he popped a run in one of
00:08the early games.
00:09You know, it's just what he does in practice.
00:10He's a hard worker.
00:11He's a humble guy.
00:12He cares about this team a lot.
00:14And so, yeah, I mean, and honestly, hell, we didn't have anybody else.
00:17So what was I going to do, you know?
00:19So I was, we were starting to scratch in the dirt a little bit.
00:23But, no, he was, yeah, he was awesome.
00:25The moment was certainly not too big for him.
00:27I don't know if Brian Jackson was out before the game.
00:31Yeah.
00:32My notes kind of went off here.
00:35Yeah, so unique situation.
00:36I want to say this well so you guys don't rake me over the coals if I don't say it
00:41perfectly.
00:42But it was a wellness issue, obviously, in the game.
00:47You know, he's been practicing in a very limited capacity in a buildup for the
00:52last several weeks.
00:52He's had a turf toe.
00:53And so there was the expectation coming into this game that outside of just a
00:59near catastrophe that we weren't going to play him.
01:03Probably, and so the game plays out.
01:07We have a couple injuries that, you know, you never obviously expect to happen, two
01:10of them just like that.
01:12We were able to get in communication with the league office, explain the situation.
01:17Our doctors medically cleared him.
01:19And, again, it just became a wellness issue for us here.
01:23So, yeah, we made sure to clear it.
01:25The kid was ready to go and stepped up.
01:28I mean, but that's what you got to have, man.
01:29You got to have tough guys that play through stuff.
01:32You want to win at this level.
01:34You got to have guys that sacrifice like that for the team, and he certainly did.
01:37So, yeah, it's how many of us are doing.
