00:25but relatives in Las Quavers say Joseph had nothing to do with drugs.
00:46Officia Clements says the family first saw reports of the attack online.
00:51She says they later confirmed Joseph's identity from a night vision video circulating on social media.

01:44saying he was returning home by boat and was expected to arrive the next day.
