03:04that was like endocrine issues.
03:06Like my hormones were out of whack.
03:08Once I realized that it was a medical issue,
03:10it was a health issue.
03:11I said, okay, I got to do my esthetician stuff.
03:14I got to eat my, the proper foods, like no triggers.
03:17But then I also got to make sure that I'm,
03:18if I need a medication and I need something
03:20that's going to assist in me, I got to find that.
03:23And it changed my life.
03:24We're in a like very weird place where it's like,
03:27everything's black or white.
03:28Everything's this or that.
03:29I got to be holistic and then no medical.
03:31I got to do medical and no holistic.
03:33And I think if you do a combination of things,
03:35you incorporate what you can from a doctor,
03:37incorporate what you can from your wellness center,
03:40you can find yourself in a really good place.
