00:07I know we're on a show that has a group of people that are big Drake May people.

00:13I wanted Drake May number one out of the three the day of the draft.

00:16So I'm sitting pretty.

00:19I look great.

00:20But I know there are plenty of people that wanted the two guys who did go before Drake May.

00:26One being Caleb Williams.

00:27I don't think there's much of a discussion there anymore.

00:30No, I didn't want anything to do with Caleb Williams at all.

00:33It was it was it was Jay Daniels that I liked.

00:35He's in this conversation.

00:36He's out.

00:37He's dead.

00:38He's not in it anymore.

00:41It's about Jayden Daniels and Drake May now.

00:44In 2025, one year after being drafted, that's what it's about.

00:48And I've already, you know, I've picked up a couple of things here and there watching some of the national guys saying,

00:53well, Drake May, you know, let's see him get to a AFC title game.

00:58You saw it on Sunday Night Football.

00:59I don't know if you caught that where Devin McCourty had the best comeback going.

01:03He goes, yeah, he plays in New England.

01:04They only count championships there, pal.

01:07They don't give a damn about making it to the AFC title game.

01:10To which I say this.

01:14Do we think that it's fair to say Drake May should be in an AFC title game sometime in the next three years,

01:23including this year?

01:24So this year plus the next two seasons?

01:26Why the hell shouldn't he be?

01:27Right.

01:28I mean, next year is really the year you circle is where they should be starting to contend.

01:32I mean, contend for the AFC East, be a perennial playoff team and get in there and make some noise.

01:37Because nobody's circling this saying championship, but you've got to readjust expectation based on how the kid's playing,

01:44how the team's playing, and more importantly, how poor the league is right now, how poor the conference is.

01:49And this is not about being 4-2 or being in first place.

01:51This is about what we've seen from Drake May.

01:52This is about what your eyes tell you about the quarterback.

01:55And if you've got a quarterback who's that good, well, you've got to follow up by making those types of playoff appearances.

02:02It's the natural progression here of a good young quarterback like this one.

02:10Burrow did that.

02:11Mahomes has done that.

02:12Josh Allen has done that.

02:14Right?

02:16Get to a conference title game?

02:19So can we stop debating that part and start asking the question, if you're redrafting that draft today,
