00:00Let's try Taylor Swift's favorite chicken dinner. We're starting by
00:03processing ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, and chili flakes into a paste.
00:07Add ground almonds and water. Sear your chicken thighs in a large pan just long
00:11enough to get some color. Once you remove the chicken, add a cinnamon stick, a few
00:14bay leaves, cardamom pods, and some cloves to the pan along with some onions.
00:17Once the onions have softened, add ginger paste along with yogurt, cream,
00:20chicken stock, and golden raisins. It's almost as much work as putting together
00:23the Aero Store. Add your chicken back to the pan and add garam masala, sugar, and
00:27salt. Cover and cook on low for about 20 minutes, then garnish it with toasted
00:30almonds and fresh cilantro. It's creamy, spicy, it's got a little bit of
00:34sweetness from the raisins. Mmm. I definitely understand why this is her
00:36favorite chicken dinner. I'll say this. This dish is my lover. You can't have a
00:40cruel summer when you're eating this if you need to fill the blank space in your
00:43tummy. No bad blood in this dish. We do seem to have a champagne problem here
00:47because I don't have any. This chicken belongs with me. It's got a lot of steps
00:51but hey, shake it off.
