04:05Absolutely. She has pointed out that she was in China all this while and she could see the

05:28facilities that they give to dispose the garbage. And even if you notice that every single household get
05:34a vehicle every single morning and many of them dump the garbage but many of them throw litter every nook and corner. So, he says that
05:43people should get educated and people should voluntarily ensure that they should keep their premises clean. That's when
05:50they can address all these issues. So, he is passing the buck on the people saying that they are not following the rules,

09:24We're now getting some more breaking news.
09:47U.S. President Donald Trump mixes dollar with diplomacy.
09:51Trump was caught on hot mic discussing potential business deal with Indonesian President.
09:57In a hot mic moment, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto was heard asking Donald Trump if he could meet Trump's son, Eric, who serves as Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization.
10:07Trump responded, he's such a good boy.
10:10I'll have Eric call.
10:12After Pakistan, Trump now appears to be exploring a potential business connection with Indonesia, speaking to its president about a deal possibly involving his son, Eric, who holds no government position.
10:23So, peace deal.
10:25No, it is business deal for Donald Trump.
10:27Trump uses Gaza meeting for family business.
10:31Embarrassing hot mic moment for Trump caught on the mic.
10:35The whole conversation was on the hot mic.
10:38Trump lobbies for son Eric's business.
10:41Trump also pushes son's business with the Indonesian President.
10:45So, Pakistan in pocket and Donald Trump now eyes Indonesia.
11:15The whole conversation was on the hot mic.
11:45And India today's Geeta Mohan is now joining us with more details on this.
12:05Geeta, on a global stage, we saw Donald Trump discussing family business with Indonesian President.
12:12We have seen him have business conversations on the sidelines of many a meeting that he goes or events that he goes for, some studies held.
12:24And this time around, a hot mic moment with the Indonesian President, where he seems to be having a conversation with regards to a private deal, given that the person in question is a private individual, Trump's son, Eric Trump.
12:43And Trump is heard saying he will have Eric call the president.
12:51So, after all the personal deals that we've seen of the Trump family in various countries, where the stakeholders, including his own son-in-law in the Middle East, the stakes he has in Saudi Arabia, the stakes he has in Israel.
13:08Now, we're looking at President Trump engaging in Indonesia for Eric Trump.
13:16Right. Geeta, thank you so much for those details and for that context.
13:19Let's once again take a look at the conversation between Donald Trump and the Indonesian President.
13:23He is a scientist.
13:39Is there a region?
13:48Yeah, yeah, that was it.
13:50I can't hurry also, but I can't hurry.
13:54Yeah, but we'll look for a better place.
13:57Yeah, all of them.
14:01Okay.
14:03Yeah, yeah.
14:18Donald Trump was seen mixing dollar with diplomacy.
14:21He was caught on hot mic discussing potential business deal
14:24with the Indonesian president.
14:26In a hot mic moment, Indonesian president was heard asking Donald Trump
14:30if he could meet Trump's son, Eric,
14:33who serves as executive vice president of the Trump organization,
14:37to which Trump responded,
14:39he's such a good boy, I'll have Eric call.
14:42So after Pakistan, Trump now appears to be exploring a potential business connection with Indonesia,
14:48speaking to its president about a deal possibly involving his son, Eric,
14:52who holds no government position.
14:54So it's a business deal for Trump on global stage.
14:59And our shifting focus, investors seeking to invest in precious metals are increasingly turning to silver rather than gold,
15:10as silver prices have surged at a faster pace and offered higher returns.
15:14Over the past nine months, the price of silver has doubled, rising at roughly twice the speed of gold.
15:20Take a look at this report.
15:30In recent days, silver has stolen the spotlight.
15:33What started as a steady climb has turned into a sprint.
15:37And consumers are feeling it.
15:42In global markets, silver has surged roughly 56% on year,
15:47and in just the past month, prices have jumped nearly 16%.
15:52In India, the domestic silver market has mirrored the rally,
15:56and in some cases also exceeded it.
16:04The per kilogram rate has crossed 1,63,000 rupees in many cities.
16:10A massive 90% jump this year and a more than 30% jump in just a month.
16:16So, big gains and fast.
16:20This is happening just as India heads into its festive season.
16:25With Diwali around the corner, many households and retailers are turning to silver for gifting,
16:31Pooja, small tokens, souvenirs, even as cheaper luxury compared to gold.
16:37The fear is, buy now or miss out.
16:42But there's a twist.
16:45Mutual funds that run silver exchange traded ETFs are now pulling the brakes.
16:51Several have stopped accepting fresh lump sum and switching subscriptions into silver ETF fund or funds.
16:58Their reason?
16:59A shortage of physical silver in India and steep premiums in the domestic market.
17:04The scarcity means ETF houses cannot efficiently convert investor inflows into physical metal,
17:11the core requirement of a bullion ETF.
17:15Here's what's happening at the ground level.
17:17As demand runs ahead of supply, silver is trading at premiums of 10-18% above international prices.
17:24Normally, this premium would be around half a percent.
17:29Many dealers and jewellers have slowed or even stopped fresh orders.
17:33Some report wait times of 4-7 days for delivery with spot premiums of Rs. 2-3,000 per kg in local markets.
17:43This is actual supply tightness in the metal.
17:47But yes, some speculative buying is there right now.
17:49And what is happening is more exciting that now the physical silver, it is $3 premium as compared to the future silver.
17:58It is not happening in normal circumstances.
18:01So, this is supply tightness in silver and this is the war between buying between physical silver and digital silver.
18:10Kotak Mutual Fund has suspended new inflows, citing a domestic supply squeeze which is inflating premiums.
18:17UTI Asset Management has halted new investments in its UTI Silver ETF fund of funds, explicitly pointing to a shortage of physical silver.
18:27Even SBI has joined in, causing fresh lump sum subscriptions in its SBI Silver ETF fund of funds, citing lack of physical silver to back new units.
18:38Gold, too, is under pressure, though not as acutely in terms of supply.
18:44Gold prices have hit more than 40 record highs this year.
18:48The rally in both metals has been fed by global uncertainty, weak dollar expectations and investor demand for safe assets.
18:57For a consumer, someone who buys silver coins or small silver items as gift or for future safety, this is a tricky moment.
19:06What has added to the surge in demand for silver is the decision by the United States in August to add it to the list of critical materials.
19:31This was in part due to it being viewed as just more than a precious metal.
19:36As its demand surges across renewable energy, electronics, artificial intelligence and defence applications, it has also joined gold as a choice of reserve for many central banks.
19:50Meanwhile, in the glow of festive lights, silver finds itself in a rare squeeze.
19:56And for buyers and small investors, caution matters more than haste.
