01:22The representative of the Republic of Korea recalled the commitments made at the U.N. General Assembly regarding maintaining global multilateralism and call for dialogue and peace.
01:36Meanwhile, the U.S. Representative retarded that offensive actions against the so-called fight against drug trafficking will continue, justifying it by pointing to the millions of American deaths caused by drugs.
01:54He said that force is the only way to fight drugs and violated Trump's statement about future actions regarding the fight against drugs.
02:03He again accused falsely Venezuela of being the source of drug traffickers to the United States.
02:12For his part, the representative of France also spoke about France's fight against drugs abuse.
02:19However, he said that this fight must be carried out in accordance with the cause of international law and call for dialogue.
02:27Ambassador Moncada, for his part, called for an end of the conflict, which doesn't exist entirely because of the United States' thirst for oil and said that Venezuela is now the new target.
02:41He said that the goal is overthrowing the Venezuelan government to establish a puppet government and thus be able to seize Venezuela's oil and natural resources.
02:53He also inquired about the right of the United States to kill fishermen.
02:58It uses the technique of killing and then investigating.
03:02He concluded the military enclosure of the United States will only bring death and blood to the region.
03:13He called for a commitment to Venezuela's sovereignty and compliance with the United Nations Charter.
03:19He concluded his speech by stating that Venezuela is a free and sovereign land and that it will use self-defense if it is necessary.
