سرینگر:&nbsp;چنار انٹرنیشنل کی جانب سے سرینگر میں نوجوانوں کو با اختیار بنانے کے لیے سہ روزہ پروگرام شروع کیا گیا ہے۔ اس پروگرام میں وادی کے مختلف اضلاع سے تعلق رکھنے والے 50 &nbsp;سے زائد نوجوان شریک ہو رہے ہیں جو اپنے کاروباری منصوبے پیش کریں گے۔تنظیم کے مطابق منتخب 25 شرکا کو دو دو لاکھ روپے تک مالی امداد دی جائے گی، تاکہ وہ اپنا روزگار شروع کر سکیں۔ منتظمین کا کہنا ہے کہ اب تک 450 درخواستیں موصول ہوئیں جن میں سے بہترین آئیڈیاز کا ہی انتخاب کیا گیا ہے۔پروگرام میں ماہرین تعلیم اور ترقیاتی اداروں کے نمائندے بھی شامل تھے جبکہ پروگرا میں&nbsp;شریک نوجوانوں نے اس اقدام کو خود انحصاری کی طرف ایک مثبت قدم قرار دیا ہے۔
